我國兩個農(nóng)村土壤鎘高背景地區(qū)非鎘職業(yè)暴露人群尿鎘背景值調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的研究我國農(nóng)村土壤鎘高背景地區(qū)非鎘職業(yè)暴露人群尿鎘的正常值范圍。方法在非環(huán)境鎘污染區(qū)選擇土壤鎘高背景區(qū),隨機選擇各性別及各個年齡段的非鎘暴露人群1134人(男性519人,女性615人),進行流行病學調(diào)查以及采集隨機尿樣,檢測尿鎘及尿肌酐(Cr)含量,剔除Cr濃度0.3 g/L以及3 g/L的調(diào)查對象,分析尿鎘的影響因素,按95%分位數(shù)計算人群經(jīng)肌酐校正后的尿鎘正常值范圍。結(jié)果女性的尿鎘水平顯著高于男性,男性吸煙者尿鎘水平顯著高于男性不吸煙者(P0.05),但P95值相差不大。無論男女,尿鎘均值及P95均在15~30歲之間出現(xiàn)低谷,而在15歲以前以及30歲以后出現(xiàn)較高的尿鎘負荷。按照15~30歲以及15和≥30歲兩個年齡段分析不同性別人群的尿鎘上限值,15和≥30歲女性的尿鎘均值(4.18μg/gCr)及上限值(12.24μg/gCr)均明顯高于其他人群的均值(4μg/gCr)及上限值(9μg/gCr);此外,所調(diào)查人群的95%尿鎘上限值均超出了我國職業(yè)性鎘中毒診斷標準(GBZ 17—2002)中的尿鎘限值(5μg/gCr)。結(jié)論在土壤鎘高背景地區(qū),男性尿鎘的95%正常值范圍9μg/gCr,女性尿鎘的95%正常值范圍13μg/gCr。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the normal range of urinary cadmium in non-cadmium occupational exposed population in rural areas with high background of soil cadmium. Methods 1134 subjects (519 males and 615 females) were randomly selected from non-cadmium exposed population (male 519, female 615) in the non-environmental cadmium contaminated area, and random urine samples were collected. The contents of urinary cadmium and creatinine (Cr) were detected and the normal range of urinary cadmium after creatinine correction was calculated according to 95 quartiles of urinary cadmium. The subjects with 0.3 g / L Cr and 3 g / L Cr concentration were excluded and the influencing factors of urinary cadmium were analyzed. Results the urinary cadmium level of female was significantly higher than that of male, and that of male smoker was significantly higher than that of male non-smoker (P0.05), but the P95 value was not different.
