【摘要】：目的探尋潤(rùn)滑劑浸泡手工清洗后手術(shù)器械發(fā)揮最大潤(rùn)滑防銹功能的使用溫度,降低器械生銹率,提高手術(shù)器械清潔度,保證滅菌質(zhì)量。方法將手術(shù)包隨機(jī)分為常溫組、中溫組、煮沸組3組,每組8個(gè)手術(shù)包,含軸節(jié)器械235件;手工清洗后分別采用中溫(60℃)、常溫、煮沸潤(rùn)滑劑浸泡2min,90℃烘干;觀察3組器械潤(rùn)滑效果及累加3個(gè)月的器械生銹率。結(jié)果中溫組、常溫組、煮沸組器械生銹率分別為1.7%、5.9%、5.1%,中溫組生銹率與其他兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);中溫組器械表面光滑亮潔,關(guān)節(jié)靈活性比常溫組、煮沸組效能穩(wěn)定。結(jié)論手工清洗手術(shù)器械采用中溫潤(rùn)滑劑浸泡效果優(yōu)于煮沸潤(rùn)滑法和常溫潤(rùn)滑法。
