氯煙復配物及氯代水楊胺滅螺效果及氯代水楊胺殺螺機理的研究

【摘要】:基于現(xiàn)存的商品滅螺藥氯硝柳胺和煙酰苯胺在現(xiàn)場滅螺中各有優(yōu)劣,為了探索將氯硝柳胺和煙酰苯胺進行復配以達到增效的滅螺作用,本文將不同廠家生產(chǎn)的氯硝柳胺和煙酰苯胺進行復配形成氯煙復合物(以下簡稱氯煙復合物),研究其滅螺效果,結果表明3個廠家氯硝柳胺和煙酰苯胺進行復配形成氯煙復合物的滅螺效果一致。在此基礎上,為了進一步提高氯煙復合物的科技含量,將煙酰苯胺和氯硝柳胺的化學結構進行解構和重組,得到絳紅色粉末,滅螺效果非常好,但是液質(zhì)譜圖證明二者的結構重組物只占1%。進一步研究提示只需將氯硝柳胺活化即可得到理想的絳紅色粉末化合物,并由此得到的氯硝柳胺新型衍生物——氯代水楊胺。通過對氯代水楊胺的初步研究結果顯示,其滅螺效果和用量與氯煙復合物基本一致。氯代水楊胺對釘螺組織酶的影響與氯硝柳胺相比也無明顯差異。目前,對氯代水楊胺滅螺產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和應用研究已列入國家高技術研究發(fā)展計劃(以下簡稱863計劃)。本文是該研究的前期和部分工作的研究結果。氯代水楊胺滅螺產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和應用研究將為緩解我國滅螺藥物緊缺、使用單一昂貴滅螺藥的現(xiàn)狀發(fā)揮重要作用。 1.不同廠家氯硝柳胺與煙酰苯胺復配滅螺效果 將淮南、吳江和四川3個廠家生產(chǎn)的氯硝柳胺分別與湖北三利公司生產(chǎn)的煙酰苯胺按1∶1的比例進行復配形成氯煙復合物,在室溫23~25℃條件下,進行室內(nèi)浸殺和噴灑滅螺實驗。采用0.2mg/L氯煙復合物室內(nèi)浸泡48h,淮南、吳江和四川3個組的釘螺死亡率分別為93.3%、94.7%和95.4%。采用0.4g/m~2氯煙復合物室內(nèi)噴灑48h,淮南、吳江和四川3個組的釘螺死亡率分別為97%、96%和96%。由此表明,3個廠家生產(chǎn)的氯硝柳胺與湖北三利公司生產(chǎn)的煙酰苯胺復配形成的3組氯煙復合物,在浸殺和噴灑滅螺的效果上是一致的。釘螺接觸氯煙復合物的上爬率比煙酰苯胺下降71.9%,兩組釘螺上爬率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。對魚的急性毒性,氯煙復合物比氯硝柳胺下降50%左右。
[Abstract]:Based on the advantages and disadvantages of niclosamide and nicotinyl aniline in the field molluscicide, in order to explore the combination of niclosamide and nicotinyl aniline to achieve the synergistic effect of snail killing, In this paper, niclosamide and nicotinyl aniline produced by different manufacturers were mixed to form chlorine smoke complex (hereinafter referred to as chlorine smoke complex), and the effect of molluscicidal effect was studied. The results showed that the molluscicidal effect of niclosamide and nicotinyl aniline was the same. On this basis, in order to further improve the scientific and technological content of chloride smoke complex, the chemical structures of nicotinyl aniline and niclosamide were deconstructed and recombined, and the crimson powder was obtained, and the effect of snail control was very good. But the liquid mass spectrogram showed that the structural recombination of the two was only 1%. It is suggested that the ideal crimson powder compound can be obtained by activating niclosamide, and a new derivative of niclosamide, chlorsalicylamine, can be obtained. The results of preliminary study on chlorosalicylamine showed that the efficacy and dosage of chlorosalicylamine were basically the same as those of chlorinated smoke complex. The effect of chlorosalicylamine on the tissue enzyme of Oncomelania hupensis was not significantly different from that of niclosamide. At present, the development and application of chlorosalicylamine for snail control products have been listed in the National High Technology Research and Development Plan (hereinafter referred to as 863 Program). This paper is the preliminary and partial research results of this study. The development and application of chlorosalicylamine molluscicides will play an important role in alleviating the shortage of snail killing drugs and in using single expensive snail killing drugs in China. 1.
