【摘要】：目的分析2013—2016年湖南省耐多藥結(jié)核病(MDR-TB)的流行特征,為結(jié)核病預防和控制提供理論依據(jù)。方法回顧性分析2013年1月—2016年12月中國疾病預防控制信息系統(tǒng)報告的湖南省結(jié)核病患者相關(guān)信息。結(jié)果 2013—2016年湖南省總耐藥登記率為5.53/100萬(1 496/270 330 000),耐多藥登記率為5.40/100萬(1 459/270 330 000),耐藥率和耐多藥率均呈上升趨勢(χ~2趨勢分別為113.605、96.590,均P0.001)。MDRTB患者中男性(74.09%)多于女性(25.91%),25歲以上患者較多,尤以45~歲組患者所占比率最高(27.07%);MDR-TB復治患者所占比率(69.91%)較初治患者(30.09%)高。2013—2016年不同地區(qū)耐多藥登記率分布范圍為4.07/100萬~7.23/100萬。結(jié)論 2013—2016年湖南省MDR-TB呈逐年上升趨勢,以20歲以上中青年患者為主,男性、復治患者所占比例較大;應(yīng)加強重點人群的正規(guī)治療及預防,提升發(fā)現(xiàn)和診治MDR-TB患者的能力,減少MDR-TB的傳播。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics of MDR-TB in Hunan province from 2013 to 2016 and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of tuberculosis. Methods from January 2013 to December 2016, the related information of tuberculosis patients in Hunan Province was analyzed retrospectively. Results in 2013-2016, the registration rate of total drug resistance in Hunan Province was 5.53 / 1 million / 1496 / 270,330,000, and the registration rate of multi-drug resistance was 5.40 / 1 million / 145.9 / 270,000 / 270,000, respectively. The rates of drug resistance and multidrug resistance showed an upward trend (蠂 ~ 2 trend was 113.605 ~ 96.590, respectively) in male patients with P0.001).MDRTB (74.09%) than in women (25.91%). There are more patients over the age of years, The rate of MDR-TB retreated patients was 69.91% higher than that of newly treated patients (30.09%). The distribution rate of MDR-TB multidrug resistance in different regions in 2013-2016 was 40.7% -7.23 / 1 million. Conclusion from 2013 to 2016, the trend of MDR-TB in Hunan Province is increasing year by year, in which the young and middle-aged patients over 20 years old are the main group, the male and the re-treated patients account for a large proportion, the regular treatment and prevention of the key population should be strengthened, and the ability of finding and treating MDR-TB patients should be improved. Reduce the spread of MDR-TB.
