【摘要】：目的了解2014-2016年北京市大興區(qū)聚集性流感疫情現(xiàn)況,探討流感疫苗對集體單位人群的保護(hù)效果,為流感疫苗在集體單位人群中的應(yīng)用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法收集2014-2016年大興區(qū)聚集性流感疫情,對流行特征及流感疫苗接種情況進(jìn)行流行病學(xué)分析,計(jì)算疫苗保護(hù)率。結(jié)果共報(bào)告聚集性流感疫情25起,均發(fā)生在學(xué)校及托幼機(jī)構(gòu),涉及31個(gè)班級317例病例,班級平均罹患率30.81%;時(shí)間分布以11-12月為主;病原型別以A(H3N2)型為主;全校發(fā)病班級疫苗接種率低于未發(fā)病班級;發(fā)病班級中,未接種流感疫苗者發(fā)病率35.37%,接種者發(fā)病率12.07%,疫苗保護(hù)率65.88%;全校范圍未接種流感疫苗者發(fā)病率3.25%,接種者發(fā)病率0.36%,疫苗保護(hù)率88.92%。結(jié)論在學(xué)校托幼機(jī)構(gòu)接種流感疫苗可有效預(yù)防聚集性流感疫情。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation of clustered influenza in Daxing District of Beijing from 2014 to 2016, to explore the protective effect of influenza vaccine on the population of collective units, and to provide scientific basis for the application of influenza vaccine in the population of collective units. Methods the epidemic situation of influenza in Daxing district from 2014 to 2016 was collected and the epidemiological analysis of epidemic characteristics and influenza vaccination was carried out to calculate the rate of vaccine protection. Results A total of 25 cases of clustered influenza were reported, all of which occurred in schools and child-care institutions, involving 317 cases in 31 classes. The average attack rate of the class was 30.81.The time distribution was mainly from November to December, and the pathogen type was Agnh _ 3N _ 2. The vaccination rate of the whole school was lower than that of the non-diseased class. The incidence of influenza vaccine was 35.377.The incidence rate of vaccinator was 12.077.The rate of vaccine protection was 65.880.The incidence rate of unvaccinated influenza vaccine was 3.2525, the incidence rate of vaccinator was 0.36and the rate of vaccine protection was 88.92. Conclusion Influenza vaccination in school nursery can effectively prevent agglomeration influenza epidemic.
