【摘要】：目的調(diào)查武威地區(qū)出血性腦血管病患者的流行病學(xué)特點(diǎn),分析致病危險因素。方法對甘肅省武威市涼州醫(yī)院神經(jīng)外科2008-2012年收治的1 120例自發(fā)性腦出血患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性調(diào)查,分析其流行病學(xué)與臨床特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果 1 120例出血性腦血管病患者中,女性患者(718例,64.11%)多于男性患者,男女構(gòu)成比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;少數(shù)民族發(fā)病率較低;在46~75歲區(qū)間內(nèi)高發(fā)(73.57%);發(fā)病高峰在春、冬季節(jié);凌晨1:00-3:00及晨起6:00-9:00為單日高發(fā)時段;城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部及城郊鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)(距離市中心半徑30 km)發(fā)病率較高;致病高危因素以高血壓最多(84.82%);高血壓腦出血在所有病因分類中最多見(占91.52%)。結(jié)論出血性腦血管病的發(fā)病與年齡、季節(jié)及高血壓等多種因素有關(guān)。有效的預(yù)防措施和積極控制血壓及加強(qiáng)篩查工作至關(guān)重要。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics and risk factors of hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease in Wuwei area. Methods the clinical data of 1 120 patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage admitted in Department of Neurosurgery, Liangzhou Hospital, Wuwei City, Gansu Province from 2008 to 2012 were retrospectively investigated, and their epidemiological and clinical characteristics were analyzed. Results among the 120 patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease, 718 female patients (64.11%) were more than male patients, the difference of composition ratio between men and women was statistically significant, the incidence rate of ethnic minorities was lower, the incidence rate was 73.57% in the range of 46 ~ 75 years old, the peak of incidence was in spring and winter season. 1: 00-3: 00 in the morning and 6: 00-9: 00 in the morning were the single day high incidence period; the incidence of urban and rural areas and towns (30 km from the center of the city) was higher; the most high risk factors were hypertension (84.82); hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was most common in all etiological classification (91.52B). Conclusion the incidence of hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease is related to age, season and hypertension. Effective preventive measures and active blood pressure control and enhanced screening are essential.
