【摘要】：目的探討超聲清洗機(jī)在器械除銹方面的應(yīng)用。方法挑選同等銹漬的生銹器械800件,隨機(jī)分為兩組,每組400件,先將器械放入按1∶270比例配制好的酶溶液里清洗有機(jī)污染物。實(shí)驗(yàn)組把器械放入按1∶7比例配制好的除銹劑溶液(水溫80℃)中,用塑料整理箱盛放入超聲清洗機(jī)中(水溫設(shè)定80℃)超聲10 min后用軟毛刷刷洗。對照組將器械放入按1∶7比例配比的除銹劑80℃溶液中,無恒溫浸泡10 min后用軟毛刷刷洗。比較兩種除銹方法的器械除銹合格率。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組器械合格率為99.00%,對照組器械合格率為79.95%。結(jié)論 80℃恒溫超聲清洗可增強(qiáng)除銹劑對器械的除銹效果。
