湖沼地區(qū)釘螺密度與環(huán)境關系的廣義相加模型研究

【摘要】:目的探討湖沼地區(qū)釘螺密度與環(huán)境因素間的復雜非線性關系。方法 2012年3-5月,通過現(xiàn)場調查的方法收集湖北省嘉魚縣等5個縣市的釘螺資料。利用3S技術和現(xiàn)場調查獲取螺點的環(huán)境因子。應用廣義相加模型分析釘螺密度與環(huán)境因子的復雜非線性關系。結果坡度對釘螺密度有負相影響(P=0.0328),螺點的上一年上水天數(shù)、高程、地表溫度與釘螺密度間存在復雜的非線性關系(分別為P0.0001,P=0.0418,P=0.0022)。上年上水天數(shù)為90d,高程為29 m,地表溫度為26℃的螺點釘螺密度最高。結論湖沼型地區(qū)釘螺密度與環(huán)境因素間有復雜的非線性關系,應用廣義相加模型能夠比較方便地分析它們之間的復雜非線性關系。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the complex nonlinear relationship between snail density and environmental factors in lake-marsh area. Methods data of Oncomelania hupensis were collected from 5 counties in Jiayu County, Hubei Province. The environmental factors of snail point were obtained by 3s technique and field investigation. The complex nonlinear relationship between snail density and environmental factors was analyzed by generalized additive model. Results the slope had a negative effect on the density of snails. There were complex nonlinear relationships between the days of water supply, elevation, land surface temperature and snail density in the last year (P 0.0001, P 0.0418, P 0. 041, P 0. 048, P 0. 0022, respectively).
