二氧化氯殺菌效果影響因素的研究

【摘要】:二氧化氯作為殺菌劑、清潔劑、脫味劑、漂白劑在其相關(guān)領(lǐng)域中正得到非常廣泛的應(yīng)用。深入開展關(guān)于二氧化氯殺菌消毒方面的影響因素研究,對(duì)于拓展其在消毒殺菌領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)用價(jià)值和指導(dǎo)意義。 論文主要做了三方面的工作: 通過懸液定量殺菌實(shí)驗(yàn)程序,確定單因素對(duì)二氧化氯殺菌效果的影響規(guī)律,得出以下結(jié)論:二氧化氯殺菌效果隨消毒劑濃度、溫度、消毒時(shí)間、轉(zhuǎn)速的增大(延長(zhǎng))而增強(qiáng),而消毒液pH值對(duì)二氧化氯殺菌效果影響不大。 通過設(shè)計(jì)正交實(shí)驗(yàn),研究二氧化氯殺菌各因素的主次順序及最佳殺菌條件,得出結(jié)論:二氧化氯殺滅革蘭氏陽(yáng)性菌金黃色葡萄球菌、革蘭氏陰性菌大腸桿菌的影響因素的主次順序由主到次依次為:二氧化氯濃度—作用時(shí)間—溫度—轉(zhuǎn)速—pH值;二氧化氯濃度為8mg/L,溫度為30℃,作用時(shí)間為15min,pH值為6,轉(zhuǎn)速為40r/min,是二氧化氯殺滅大腸桿菌的最佳條件;二氧化氯濃度為10mg/L,溫度為30℃,作用時(shí)間為15min,pH值為6,轉(zhuǎn)速為40r/min,是二氧化氯滅活金黃色葡萄球菌的最佳條件。 采用懸液定量殺菌方法測(cè)定含有不同濃度全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸鈉或平平加O-20的二氧化氯溶液的殺菌效果,并得出結(jié)論:二氧化氯殺菌效果隨全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸鈉或平平加O-20的加入濃度的增大而增強(qiáng),達(dá)到一定值時(shí),二氧化氯殺菌效果不再有明顯變化。
[Abstract]:Chlorine dioxide is widely used as fungicides, detergents, deodorants and bleach in its related fields. Further research on the influencing factors of chlorine dioxide sterilization and disinfection is of great practical value and guiding significance in expanding its application in the field of disinfection and sterilization. The thesis mainly does three aspects of work: The effect of single factor on chlorine dioxide germicidal efficacy was determined by suspension quantitative germicidal test procedure. The following conclusions were drawn: the bactericidal effect of chlorine dioxide increased with the increase of disinfectant concentration, temperature, disinfection time and rotational speed. However, the pH value of disinfectant had little effect on the bactericidal efficacy of chlorine dioxide. By designing orthogonal experiment, the primary and secondary order of chlorine dioxide bactericidal factors and the optimum sterilization conditions were studied, and the conclusion was drawn that chlorine dioxide killed Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus. The order of influencing factors of Gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli is as follows: chlorine dioxide concentration, time of action, temperature, rotation speed, pH value, chlorine dioxide concentration is 8 mg / L, temperature is 30 鈩,
