【摘要】：目的了解蘭州市7~15歲學(xué)生高血壓流行現(xiàn)況,為學(xué)生高血壓預(yù)防提供依據(jù)。方法采用整群抽樣的方法,于2012年抽取蘭州市12所小學(xué)和3所初中在校學(xué)生共8 633名,進(jìn)行體格和血壓測(cè)量。結(jié)果蘭州市7~15歲兒童正常高值血壓檢出率為4.59%,高血壓檢出率為2.24%;男生正常高值血壓檢出率高于女生(χ2=6.492,P=0.011)。學(xué)生正常高值血壓和高血壓的檢出率都隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng)而增高。男生正常高值收縮壓(SBP)檢出率為4.06%,正常高值舒張壓(DBP)檢出率為3.88%;SBP高血壓檢出率為1.88%,DBP高血壓檢出率為1.93%。女生正常高值收縮壓檢出率為3.43%,正常高值舒張壓檢出率為2.51%;SBP高血壓檢出率為1.65%,DBP高血壓檢出率為1.68%。結(jié)論蘭州市兒童血壓異常檢出率低,仍應(yīng)加強(qiáng)預(yù)防該地區(qū)兒童高血壓的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of hypertension among students aged 15 years old in Lanzhou, and to provide evidence for prevention of hypertension. Methods A total of 8 633 students from 12 primary schools and 3 junior middle schools in Lanzhou were selected by cluster sampling in 2012 to measure their physique and blood pressure. Results the detectable rate of normal high blood pressure and hypertension in children aged 7 to 15 in Lanzhou was 4.59 and 2.24 respectively, and the positive rate of normal high blood pressure in boys was higher than that in girls (蠂 ~ 2 = 6.492) (蠂 ~ 2 = 6.492). The detection rate of normal high blood pressure and hypertension increased with age. The detectable rate of normal high systolic blood pressure (SBP) and normal high diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were 4.06 and 3.88 respectively. The detection rate of hypertension was 1.88 and 1.93 respectively. The detectable rate of normal high systolic blood pressure and normal high diastolic blood pressure was 3.43 and 2.51 respectively. The detection rate of SBP hypertension was 1.65 and the detection rate of DBP hypertension was 1.68. Conclusion the detection rate of abnormal blood pressure in children in Lanzhou City is low, so it is necessary to prevent the development of hypertension in children in this area.
