【摘要】：目的掌握蘭州市各級醫(yī)院消毒質(zhì)量,為預防控制醫(yī)院感染提供科學依據(jù)。方法采用現(xiàn)場采樣和實驗室檢測的方法,對各級醫(yī)療機構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量進行監(jiān)測。結(jié)果共監(jiān)測醫(yī)療機構(gòu)48所,采集各種樣品852份,合格785份,總合格率為92.14%。室內(nèi)空氣、物體表面、醫(yī)護人員手、使用中消毒液、滅菌器材和紫外線殺菌燈合格率分別為96.90%、98.29%、98.33%、100.00%、92.86%和68.55%。結(jié)論蘭州市各級醫(yī)院消毒質(zhì)量仍需提高,應進一步加強消毒管理和醫(yī)院感染監(jiān)控工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the disinfection quality of hospitals at all levels in Lanzhou and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Methods the disinfection quality of medical institutions at all levels was monitored by field sampling and laboratory examination. Results totally 48 medical institutions were monitored, 852 samples were collected and 785 samples were qualified, the total qualified rate was 92.14%. The qualified rates of indoor air, surface of objects, hands of medical staff, disinfectant in use, sterilizing equipment and ultraviolet bactericidal lamp were 96.90, 98.29 and 98.333,100.00,92.86% and 68.55%, respectively. Conclusion the disinfection quality of hospitals at all levels in Lanzhou still needs to be improved, and disinfection management and nosocomial infection monitoring should be further strengthened.
