南京市某高校社區(qū)人群主要慢性病的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的:了解南京市某高校社區(qū)人群超重/肥胖、高血壓、糖尿病和血脂異常等主要慢性病的患病情況,分析疾病流行特點(diǎn)及影響因素。方法:研究對象為南京某高校社區(qū)的在職和離退休人員2 986名,對其進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查、體格測量和生化檢測,描述慢性病相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素的流行水平和分布特點(diǎn),分析高血壓、血脂異常和糖尿病的患病率及影響因素。結(jié)果:該人群總超重率和肥胖率為39.3%、9.6%,其中男性超重率和肥胖率分別為45.5%、12.1%,女性超重率和肥胖率分別為29.4%、5.6%,男性超重率和肥胖率顯著高于女性(P0.01);高血壓患病率為36.4%,糖尿病患病率為5.9%,血脂異常患病率為52.2%,且隨著年齡和體質(zhì)指數(shù)的增加,高血壓和血脂異常的患病率亦隨之增加(P0.01)。結(jié)論:本社區(qū)居民的超重/肥胖、高血壓、糖尿病和血脂異常問題不容樂觀,該社區(qū)迫切需要改善營養(yǎng)相關(guān)慢性病的預(yù)防、檢測和治療狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence of overweight / obesity, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia in the community of a university in Nanjing. Methods: a total of 2 986 active and retired persons from a university community in Nanjing were investigated with questionnaires, physical measurements and biochemical tests to describe the prevalence level and distribution characteristics of risk factors related to chronic diseases, and to analyze hypertension. Prevalence and influencing factors of dyslipidemia and diabetes mellitus. Results: the total overweight and obesity rates of this population were 39.3 / 9.6.The overweight and obesity rates of male and female were 45.5 and 12.1, respectively, respectively. The overweight and obesity rates of females were 29.4and 5.6, respectively. The overweight and obesity rates of males were significantly higher than those of females (P 0.01), the prevalence of hypertension was 36.44.The prevalence of glucose and urine was 36.4. The prevalence rate of disease was 5.9 and the prevalence of dyslipidemia was 52.2, and with the increase of age and body mass index, The prevalence of hypertension and dyslipidemia also increased (P 0.01). Conclusion: the problems of overweight / obesity, hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia in this community are not optimistic. It is urgent for the community to improve the prevention, detection and treatment of nutrition-related chronic diseases.
