【摘要】： 《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》一百六十二篇始終貫穿著“天人相應(yīng)”的整體觀念,認(rèn)為五臟節(jié)律與自然陰陽節(jié)律密切相關(guān),并詳細(xì)論述了五臟的生理病理節(jié)律,包括晝夜時(shí)辰節(jié)律、日節(jié)律、季節(jié)節(jié)律、五運(yùn)節(jié)律、六氣節(jié)律。本課題第一部分通過對(duì)五臟節(jié)律與自然時(shí)令節(jié)律相關(guān)性理論的整理研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》從陰陽五行生克乘侮規(guī)律方面系統(tǒng)地論述了五臟病的發(fā)病節(jié)律。后世醫(yī)家稟承《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》這一思想,結(jié)合臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),有進(jìn)一步的發(fā)揮與發(fā)展。本課題第二部分收集長(zhǎng)春市二所綜合性醫(yī)院心腦血管疾病病歷19826例;沈陽市二所綜合性醫(yī)院心腦血管疾病病歷20022例;哈爾濱市二所綜合性醫(yī)院心腦血管疾病病歷20138例,對(duì)心腦血管疾病發(fā)病的月節(jié)律進(jìn)行圓形統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,對(duì)心腦血管疾病發(fā)病的五運(yùn)節(jié)律、六氣節(jié)律、年節(jié)律進(jìn)行柱狀圖分析,說明心病臨床發(fā)病時(shí)間節(jié)律與《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》心病發(fā)病時(shí)間節(jié)律理論有相關(guān)性,腦血管疾病發(fā)病時(shí)間具有節(jié)律性。進(jìn)一步說明了《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》“天人相應(yīng)”整體觀念的科學(xué)性與實(shí)用性。分析總結(jié)東北三省(長(zhǎng)春、沈陽、哈爾濱地區(qū))心腦血管疾病發(fā)病的時(shí)間節(jié)律,對(duì)臨床預(yù)防心腦血管疾病的發(fā)生和治療具有現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The whole concept of "the correspondence between Heaven and Man" runs through the 162 articles of the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic. It is considered that the rhythm of the five internal organs is closely related to the rhythm of the natural yin and yang, and the physiological and pathological rhythms of the five viscera are discussed in detail, including the circadian rhythm and the daily rhythm. Seasonal rhythm, five-way rhythm, six-air rhythm. In the first part of this paper, through the study of the correlation theory between the rhythm of the five zangs and the rhythm of the natural seasonal rhythm, it is found that the rhythm of the occurrence of the disease is systematically discussed from the aspects of the law of Yin and Yang, the five elements of the Internal Classic, and the law of taking advantage of aggression. The thought of "Huangdi Internal Classic" was inherited by later physicians and combined with clinical experience, it has been further developed. In the second part of this paper, we collect 19826 cases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in two general hospitals in Changchun, 20022 cases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in two general hospitals in Shenyang, 20138 cases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in two general hospitals in Harbin. The monthly rhythm of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was analyzed by circular statistics, and the five rhythm, six gas rhythm and annual rhythm of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were analyzed by histogram. It is concluded that the clinical onset rhythm of heart disease is correlated with the theory of the onset time rhythm of the heart disease, and that the onset time of cerebrovascular disease is rhythmic. It further explains the scientific nature and practicability of the whole concept of "the correspondence between Heaven and Man" in the Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Affairs. To analyze and summarize the time rhythm of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in three northeastern provinces (Changchun, Shenyang and Harbin) is of practical significance for clinical prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
