【摘要】：正血液透析治療是目前治療急慢性腎功能衰竭有效的方法之一~([1])。血液透析機(jī)在每次使用后機(jī)器內(nèi)部會(huì)殘留一些污垢及細(xì)菌,殘留的污垢如果不及時(shí)進(jìn)行清洗,會(huì)造成機(jī)器內(nèi)部管路的堵塞,從而影響后續(xù)的透析效果。機(jī)器內(nèi)部如果消毒不徹底,殘留的細(xì)菌及其產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)毒素會(huì)通過透析膜進(jìn)入患者體內(nèi),從而引發(fā)一系列并發(fā)癥。因此,機(jī)器的日常清潔及消毒工作具有十分重要的意義~([2])。2010年我國(guó)
[Abstract]:Positive hemodialysis is one of the effective methods in the treatment of acute and chronic renal failure. After each use of hemodialysis machine, some dirt and bacteria will remain inside the machine. If the residual dirt is not cleaned in time, it will result in the blockage of the internal pipeline of the machine, which will affect the subsequent dialysis effect. If the machine is not thoroughly disinfected, the residual bacteria and the endotoxin they produce enter the patient through the dialysis membrane, causing a series of complications. Therefore, the daily cleaning and disinfection of machines is of great significance.
