【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)分析全省學(xué)生肺結(jié)核發(fā)病趨勢及流行特征,為進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)云南省學(xué)生、學(xué)校結(jié)核病防控工作提供策略。方法采用描述流行病學(xué)方法對《中國疾病監(jiān)測信息報(bào)告管理系統(tǒng)》2005-2015年云南省學(xué)生肺結(jié)核監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,描述全省學(xué)生肺結(jié)核疫情趨勢,時(shí)間、地區(qū)、人群三間分布特征。結(jié)果 2005-2015年云南省學(xué)生肺結(jié)核年均發(fā)病率為19.1/10萬,疫情總體呈下降趨勢,但近年學(xué)生活動(dòng)性肺結(jié)核和涂陽病例均出現(xiàn)少許回升;學(xué)生肺結(jié)核報(bào)告發(fā)病呈夏初、秋季2個(gè)季節(jié)高峰;學(xué)生病例占全省病例構(gòu)成呈現(xiàn)逐年下降趨勢,發(fā)病年齡集中于15~20歲;學(xué)生病例集中在昭通市、曲靖市和昆明市等地,但怒江州是全省報(bào)告學(xué)生肺結(jié)核發(fā)病率最高的地區(qū)。結(jié)論全省學(xué)生肺結(jié)核疫情總體呈逐年下降趨勢。疫情特征提示當(dāng)前的重點(diǎn)工作為加強(qiáng)學(xué)生肺結(jié)核新發(fā)病例和學(xué)校結(jié)核病聚集性疫情的調(diào)查處置,并在相應(yīng)學(xué)生人群中開展主動(dòng)篩查;開展怒江州等地學(xué)生肺結(jié)核高發(fā)原因調(diào)查及學(xué)校結(jié)核病防控的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the incidence trend and epidemic characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis among students in Yunnan province, and to provide strategies for further promoting the prevention and control of tuberculosis among students and schools in Yunnan province. Methods the data of tuberculosis surveillance of students in Yunnan Province from 2005 to 2015 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology method, and the distribution characteristics of students' tuberculosis epidemic trend, time, region and population in Yunnan province were described. Results from 2005 to 2015, the average annual incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis among students in Yunnan Province was 19.1 to 100,000, and the epidemic situation generally showed a downward trend, but in recent years, both active pulmonary tuberculosis and smear positive cases of students showed a slight increase, and the reported incidence of students' tuberculosis was in the early summer. The number of student cases in the province decreased year by year, and the onset age was concentrated at 15 to 20 years old. Students' cases were concentrated in Zhaotong, Qujing and Kunming. However, Nu Jiang Prefecture is the province reported the highest incidence of tuberculosis among students. Conclusion the epidemic situation of pulmonary tuberculosis among students in the province is decreasing year by year. The characteristics of the epidemic situation suggest that the key task is to strengthen the investigation and treatment of the new cases of tuberculosis and the concentrated epidemic of tuberculosis in schools, and to carry out active screening among the corresponding students. To investigate the causes of high incidence of tuberculosis and the current situation of tuberculosis prevention and control in Nu Jiang Zhou and other places.
