基于WebGIS的流行疾病預(yù)警和發(fā)布系統(tǒng)的初步設(shè)計及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:公共衛(wèi)生安全已是當(dāng)今政府和社會高度重視的一個主題,流行疾病更是重中之重,如何使人們及時準(zhǔn)確、形象直觀地獲知和掌握流行疾病信息,增強自我防范意識,縮小病發(fā)范圍成為社會各界共同關(guān)注的一個熱點。本文旨在探討利用WebGIS強大的地圖綜合表現(xiàn)和發(fā)布能力,結(jié)合GIS獨有的空間分析功能,以地理空間信息為載體,集成流行疾病相關(guān)信息,經(jīng)由Internet網(wǎng)絡(luò),實現(xiàn)流行疾病信息的網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)布。論文取得了以下成果: 1.全面總結(jié)了GIS在流行疾病領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢和應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢,包括在可視化、專題圖繪制、危險因素分析、空間分析、流行疾病控制資源管理與規(guī)劃、疫情預(yù)警與發(fā)布以及在公共衛(wèi)生教育這七個方面的應(yīng)用。 2.描述了WebGIS的定義、特點、體系架構(gòu)和實現(xiàn)模式,并分別針對WebGIS的每種實現(xiàn)模式的優(yōu)缺點進行了分析總結(jié)。 3.以設(shè)計原則為指導(dǎo),從平臺技術(shù)選型、體系架構(gòu)、功能模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫等方面的設(shè)計出發(fā),以SuperMap IS為WebGIS平臺,結(jié)合各種網(wǎng)絡(luò)編程技術(shù),設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了流行疾病預(yù)警與發(fā)布系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Public health and safety has become a topic that the government and society attach great importance to, and the epidemic disease is the most important. How to make people know and grasp the information of epidemic disease in time, image and intuitively, and strengthen the consciousness of self-prevention, and how to make people know and grasp the information of epidemic disease directly and vividly. Reducing the scope of disease has become a common concern of all sectors of the community a hot spot. The purpose of this paper is to explore the use of WebGIS's powerful ability of map synthesis and distribution, combined with the unique spatial analysis function of GIS, using geospatial information as a carrier and integrating information related to epidemic diseases through the Internet network. Realize the network release of epidemic disease information. The paper has achieved the following results: 1. The application advantages and advantages of GIS in the field of epidemic diseases are summarized, including visualization, thematic mapping, risk factor analysis, spatial analysis, management and planning of epidemic disease control resources. The application of epidemic warning and publication and public health education. 2. The definition, characteristics, architecture and implementation pattern of WebGIS are described, and the advantages and disadvantages of each implementation mode of WebGIS are analyzed and summarized. 3. Under the guidance of design principle, from the aspects of platform technology selection, system architecture, function module, database design, SuperMap is as WebGIS platform, combined with various network programming techniques, the epidemic disease early warning and release system is designed and implemented.
