不同方法對(duì)空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)清洗消毒效果觀察

【摘要】:目的觀察不同清洗消毒方法對(duì)醫(yī)院空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)清洗消毒效果,為選擇最佳的清洗消毒方法提供依據(jù)。方法通過細(xì)菌定量檢測方法,觀察擦拭法、刷洗法和刷洗+消毒劑擦拭法對(duì)某醫(yī)院空調(diào)系統(tǒng)出風(fēng)口和回風(fēng)口過濾網(wǎng)清洗消毒效果。結(jié)果采用毛巾沾清水擦拭清洗后細(xì)菌總數(shù)超標(biāo)率為93.5%,金黃色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌檢出率分別為100.0%和57.1%;采用流動(dòng)水刷洗空調(diào)過濾網(wǎng)后細(xì)菌總數(shù)超標(biāo)率為90.3%,金黃色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌檢出率分別為64.3%和28.5%。采用流動(dòng)水刷洗后,分別用500 mg/L含氯消毒劑、1 000 mg/L苯扎溴銨、5 g/L過氧乙酸溶液擦拭的過濾網(wǎng)表面細(xì)菌總數(shù)均5 cfu/cm2,全部達(dá)到消毒合格要求。結(jié)論醫(yī)院空調(diào)系統(tǒng)出風(fēng)口和回風(fēng)口過濾網(wǎng)應(yīng)當(dāng)在拆卸并用流動(dòng)水刷洗后,再用消毒劑溶液擦拭方可達(dá)到消毒效果要求。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of different cleaning and disinfection methods on air conditioning and ventilation system in hospital, and to provide the basis for selecting the best cleaning and disinfection methods. Methods by means of quantitative bacterial detection, the cleaning and disinfection effects of wiping method, brushing method and brushing disinfectant method on air outlet and air outlet filter net of air conditioning system in a hospital were observed. Results after cleaning with clean water, the total bacterial count exceeded the standard rate was 93.55.The detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis were 100.0% and 57.1% respectively, and the total bacterial count exceeded the standard rate of 90.3% and golden yellow after washing air conditioning filter net with flowing water. The detectable rates of staphylococcus chromostaphylococcus and Staphylococcus epidermidis were 64.3% and 28.5%, respectively. After brushing with flowing water, 500 mg/L chlorinated disinfectant 1 000 mg/L benzalkonium bromide 5 g / L peracetic acid solution was used to wipe the total bacteria on the surface of the filter net, all of which met the requirements of disinfection. Conclusion the air outlet and air return filter should be disassembled and washed with flowing water, and then wiped with disinfectant solution to achieve the disinfection effect.
