【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)院重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房(ICU)導(dǎo)管相關(guān)性醫(yī)院感染情況,分析危險(xiǎn)因素,提出預(yù)防性措施。方法采用目標(biāo)性監(jiān)測(cè)方法,對(duì)某醫(yī)院ICU住院患者導(dǎo)管相關(guān)性醫(yī)院感染情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,分析主要影響因素。結(jié)果共調(diào)查該醫(yī)院ICU入住患者914例,查出醫(yī)院感染72例次,例次感染率為7.88%�；颊呷崭腥韭蕿�24.15‰,經(jīng)病情嚴(yán)重程度(ASIS)調(diào)整后日感染率為5.56‰。3種導(dǎo)管相關(guān)性醫(yī)院感染率分別為呼吸機(jī)相關(guān)性肺炎(VAP)為42.27‰、留置尿管相關(guān)性泌尿道感染(CA-UTI)為1.43‰、中心靜脈插管相關(guān)性血液感染(CR-BSI)為0.36‰。年齡、機(jī)械通氣時(shí)間、慢性基礎(chǔ)病等構(gòu)成主要危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論該醫(yī)院ICU患者導(dǎo)管相關(guān)醫(yī)院感染主要是VAP,提示重點(diǎn)防范措施在于加強(qiáng)消毒隔離和室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the nosocomial infection associated with ICU catheterization in intensive care unit (ICU), analyze the risk factors and propose preventive measures. Methods objective monitoring method was used to investigate catheter-related nosocomial infection of ICU inpatients in a hospital, and the main influencing factors were analyzed. Results A total of 914 ICU patients were investigated in this hospital. 72 cases of nosocomial infection were found, and the infection rate was 7.88%. The daily infection rate was 24.15 鈥，
