【摘要】：目的了解山西省轄區(qū)內(nèi)醫(yī)院消毒與滅菌效果情況,以便加強(qiáng)醫(yī)院感染控制和消毒工作質(zhì)量。方法采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采樣和微生物學(xué)檢驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)山西省35所不同規(guī)模醫(yī)院的消毒滅菌質(zhì)量進(jìn)行連續(xù)5年的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)。結(jié)果連續(xù)5年共采樣8669份,總合格率為90.62%。其中Ⅰ類(lèi)醫(yī)院合格率為90.05%,Ⅱ類(lèi)醫(yī)院合格率為91.58%,Ⅲ類(lèi)醫(yī)院合格率為94.28%,Ⅳ類(lèi)醫(yī)院合格率為84.19%。不同調(diào)查對(duì)象中,室內(nèi)空氣衛(wèi)生合格率為79.99%;物體表面合格率75.65%;醫(yī)護(hù)人員手合格率83.10%;使用中消毒劑合格率92.99%;壓力蒸汽滅菌器合格率98.01%。結(jié)論本省轄區(qū)內(nèi)不同規(guī)模醫(yī)院消毒與滅菌質(zhì)量整體水平比較好,但室內(nèi)空氣和物體表面合格率相對(duì)較低,需要加強(qiáng)醫(yī)院室內(nèi)環(huán)境衛(wèi)生消毒管理。
