【摘要】：目的:通過對大連市海港集團(tuán)職工幽門螺桿菌感染狀況及相關(guān)因素調(diào)查,對大連市職業(yè)人群幽門螺桿菌感染狀況及影響因素提供科學(xué)參考,為大連市幽門螺桿菌感染的預(yù)防提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 方法:本次研究調(diào)查對象來自大連市海港醫(yī)院2010年3月~2010年10月體檢中心健康體檢人群,共3995人,其中男3176人,女819人。調(diào)查對象均來自大連市海港集團(tuán)30多家單位,基本涵蓋各個(gè)行業(yè)和階層,包括工人、船員、司機(jī)、文職人員、醫(yī)務(wù)工作人員等。采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化調(diào)查問卷方式進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,每一位被調(diào)查者在問卷調(diào)查之前均簽署知情同意書,由經(jīng)過調(diào)查前培訓(xùn)的工作人員對采用統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對每位體檢者進(jìn)行面對面的方式問卷。問卷調(diào)查內(nèi)容以被訪者近一年內(nèi)的情況為準(zhǔn),包括四大部分:個(gè)人基本情況、生活飲食習(xí)慣、社會(huì)衛(wèi)生經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、健康狀況。進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查同時(shí)對調(diào)查對象空腹取靜脈血3ml,經(jīng)離心分離出血清,專人負(fù)責(zé)檢測。應(yīng)用幽門螺旋桿菌尿素酶抗體檢測試劑盒,檢測幽門螺旋桿菌尿素酶抗體,診斷是否陽性感染。調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)采用EXCEL建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,數(shù)據(jù)通過SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件分析完成,先采用卡方檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行單因素分析,篩選出的有意義的因素,再進(jìn)行多因素非條件Logistic回歸分析。 結(jié)果:1.大連市海港集團(tuán)職工H.pylori感染率為44.88%,低于全國平均感染率。 2.H.pylori感染和飲食因素關(guān)系密切,食生蔬菜、腌制熏制食物、喝生水、進(jìn)食辛辣食物、進(jìn)餐不規(guī)律,經(jīng)常在外進(jìn)餐的人群H.pylori感染率均相對較高。 3.飲茶、住房面積越大、教育程度高的人群H.pylori感染率相對較低。 4.H.pylori感染和消化道癥狀密切相關(guān)。 結(jié)論: 大連地區(qū)H.pylori感染率低于全國平均感染率,H.pylori感染和飲食習(xí)慣、消化道癥狀等密切相關(guān),對H.pylori感染的預(yù)防上應(yīng)注意良好的飲食習(xí)慣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate Helicobacter pylori infection status and related factors among workers in Dalian Seaport Group, and to provide scientific reference for the status and influencing factors of Helicobacter pylori infection among workers in Dalian City. To provide scientific basis for the prevention of Helicobacter pylori infection in Dalian. Methods: the subjects of this study were 3995 persons, including 3176 males and 819 females, from March 2010 to October 2010 in Dalian Seaport Hospital. The subjects are all from more than 30 units of Dalian Seaport Group, covering all trades and classes, including workers, crew, drivers, civilian staff, medical staff and so on. A standardized questionnaire was used to conduct the questionnaire, and each of the respondents signed an informed consent letter before the questionnaire. Staff trained before the survey used uniform criteria to conduct face-to-face questionnaires for each physical. The content of the questionnaire was based on the situation of the interviewees within one year, including four parts: personal basic situation, living and eating habits, social health and economic status, health status. At the same time, 3 ml venous blood was collected on an empty stomach, and the serum was isolated by centrifugation. Helicobacter pylori urease antibody detection kit was used to detect Helicobacter pylori urease antibody and to diagnose positive infection. EXCEL was used to set up the database. The data was analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. The significant factors were screened by chi-square test and then multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis was carried out. The result is 1: 1. The infection rate of H.pylori in Dalian seaport group was 44.88, which was lower than the national average infection rate. 2.H.pylori infection was closely related to dietary factors, such as eating raw vegetables, pickled smoked food, drinking raw water, eating spicy food, eating irregular food, often eating outside the population H.pylori infection rate is relatively high. 3. Tea, the larger the housing area, the higher the education level of the population H.pylori infection rate is relatively low. 4.H.pylori infection is closely related to gastrointestinal symptoms. Conclusion: The infection rate of H.pylori in Dalian area is lower than the national average infection rate. H. pylori infection is closely related to eating habits, digestive tract symptoms and so on. Good dietary habits should be paid attention to in the prevention of H.pylori infection.
