【摘要】：目的掌握河南省居民急性胃腸炎的流行病學(xué)負(fù)擔(dān),為制定合理、有效的衛(wèi)生政策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法選擇周口市、鄭州市、濮陽(yáng)市作為監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn),2014年4月-2015年3月開(kāi)展為期12個(gè)月的社區(qū)人群入戶調(diào)查,詢問(wèn)調(diào)查對(duì)象過(guò)去4周的急性腸胃炎發(fā)病情況。結(jié)果獲得有效調(diào)查問(wèn)卷共5 433份,河南省急性胃腸炎加權(quán)月患病率為1.23%,年發(fā)病率為0.13次/人年;就診率為70.64%;住院率、病原檢測(cè)率為零;85.33%的患者服用抗生素;66.74%的患者自訴曾食用過(guò)受污染食物。結(jié)論河南省居民急性胃腸炎發(fā)病率低于全國(guó)平均水平,在就醫(yī)過(guò)程中存在病原檢測(cè)率過(guò)低和抗生素不規(guī)范使用的問(wèn)題;為獲取高質(zhì)量的食源性疾病監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)進(jìn)一步建立健全食源性疾病監(jiān)測(cè)體系。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemiological burden of acute gastroenteritis in Henan province and provide scientific basis for making reasonable and effective health policy.Methods Zhoukou City, Zhengzhou City and Puyang City were selected as monitoring sites. A 12-month survey was conducted from April 2014 to March 2015. The subjects were asked about the incidence of acute gastroenteritis in the past 4 weeks.Results A total of 5,433 effective questionnaires were obtained. The weighted monthly prevalence rate of acute gastroenteritis in Henan Province was 1.233.The annual incidence rate was 0.13 times per person year, and the visiting rate was 70.64.The pathogen detection rate was 85.33%. 66.74% of the patients took antibiotics. 66.74% of the patients reported that they had taken contaminated food.Conclusion the incidence of acute gastroenteritis in Henan Province is lower than the national average, and the detection rate of pathogens is too low and the use of antibiotics is not standardized in the course of medical treatment, in order to obtain high quality surveillance data of foodborne diseases, the incidence of acute gastroenteritis in Henan Province is lower than the national average.We should further establish and improve the foodborne disease surveillance system.
