鈍化處理技術(shù)在預(yù)防手術(shù)器械銹蝕中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的探索手術(shù)器械除銹、防銹和延緩器械銹蝕以及減少器械損耗的方法。方法將480件不銹鋼器械,按照新手術(shù)器械、德國(guó)和國(guó)產(chǎn)顯微器械、復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)器械分為4類(lèi),每類(lèi)平均分為對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組,分別采用常規(guī)清洗流程和加用鈍化處理流程進(jìn)行處理,觀察2種方法使用后手術(shù)器械的銹蝕發(fā)生情況及除銹效果。結(jié)果加用鈍化處理的手術(shù)器械銹蝕發(fā)生率低,且對(duì)復(fù)雜性結(jié)構(gòu)器械的除銹效果更徹底,可降低器械后期銹蝕率,實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組間銹蝕率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論鈍化處理技術(shù)有助于加厚器械表面鈍化層,延緩器械銹蝕,降低器械損耗。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the methods of removing rust, preventing rust and delaying the corrosion of surgical instruments and reducing the wear and tear of instruments.Methods 480 stainless steel instruments were divided into four groups according to the new surgical instruments, German and domestic microinstruments, and complicated structure instruments, each of which was divided into control group and experimental group on average.The conventional cleaning process and the passivation treatment process were used respectively to observe the occurrence of rust and the effect of rust removal after the two methods were used.Results the rate of rust of surgical instruments treated with passivation was low, and the effect of removing rust on complex structure instruments was more thorough, which could reduce the rate of late corrosion of instruments. The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant (P 0.01).Conclusion Passivation treatment is helpful for thickening the surface passivation layer of the instrument, delaying the corrosion of the instrument and reducing the loss of the instrument.
