【摘要】：目的探討影響甲型H1N1流感病程的影響因素。方法對長沙市2009-2010年甲型H1N1流感疫情資料,運(yùn)用分類回歸樹的方法建立回歸樹模型,分析影響甲型H1N1流感病程的因素。結(jié)果發(fā)病到就診的時(shí)間3 d、有基礎(chǔ)性疾病、年齡≤3.5歲是導(dǎo)致甲型H1N1流感病程延長的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論發(fā)病后及時(shí)就診,加強(qiáng)對有基礎(chǔ)性疾病及嬰幼兒人群的預(yù)防與治療,有助于縮短甲型H1N1流感病例的病程,減少重癥病例的發(fā)生。
