【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)院小兒內(nèi)科醫(yī)院感染情況,為有效防控提供科學依據(jù)。方法采取前瞻性目標監(jiān)測的方法,對某綜合醫(yī)院小兒內(nèi)科所有住院患兒的醫(yī)院感染進行監(jiān)測。結(jié)果該醫(yī)院兒內(nèi)科2011年度共監(jiān)測住院患兒7 866例,發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染患兒386例、389例次,感染率為4.91%、例次感染率為4.95%,調(diào)整日感染率7.60‰、日例次發(fā)病率7.66‰。感染部位以上呼吸道感染為主,占57.58%;其次是胃腸道感染,占25.96%。結(jié)論兒科醫(yī)院感染發(fā)生率高于普通病房,以上呼吸道和胃腸道感染為兒科特點,應當可防可控。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate nosocomial infection in pediatric medicine department in hospital and provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control.Methods the nosocomial infection of all hospitalized children in pediatric medicine department of a general hospital was monitored by prospective objective monitoring method.Results A total of 7 866 hospitalized children were monitored in this hospital in 2011, 386 cases of nosocomial infection occurred 389 times, the infection rate was 4.91, the case infection rate was 4.95%, the adjusted daily infection rate was 7.60 鈥，
