【摘要】：目的了解天津市部分醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)使用中洗手液帶菌狀況。方法采用隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,對天津市45家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)中20個(gè)品牌的使用中洗手液進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,并對其細(xì)菌總數(shù)和致病菌進(jìn)行分離鑒定。結(jié)果在被監(jiān)測的57份不含抗菌成分的洗手液中,僅4份檢出細(xì)菌總數(shù)超標(biāo),合格率達(dá)92.98%,145份含抗菌成分的洗手液中,不同抗菌成分產(chǎn)品其結(jié)果也存在不同。含醋酸氯己定抗菌成分的洗手液合格率高于含DP300抗菌成分洗手液,而未注明抗菌成分的洗手液合格率最低。結(jié)論應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對使用中洗手液的監(jiān)測和管理,以切斷各類通過手傳播的醫(yī)院內(nèi)感染途徑,并建立分科室配備不同抗菌成分洗手液的新模式。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the situation of hand sanitizer carrying bacteria in some medical institutions in Tianjin.Methods the method of random sampling was used to monitor the use of hand sanitizer in 20 brands in 45 medical institutions in Tianjin. The total number of bacteria and pathogenic bacteria were isolated and identified.Results of the 57 samples of hand sanitizers without antibacterial ingredients, only 4 samples were found to be in excess of the standard, and the qualified rate was 92.98% ~ 145 samples. The results of the products with different antibacterial ingredients were different.The qualified rate of chlorhexidine acetate containing antibacterial ingredients was higher than that of DP300 containing antibacterial ingredients, while the qualified rate of unspecified antibacterial ingredients was the lowest.Conclusion the monitoring and management of hand sanitizer in use should be strengthened in order to cut off all kinds of nosocomial infections transmitted by hand and to establish a new model of hand sanitizer with different antimicrobial ingredients in departments.
