【摘要】：目的觀察一種血透機(jī)專用次氯酸鈉消毒液消毒相關(guān)性能。方法采用懸液定量殺菌試驗(yàn)和對(duì)血透機(jī)管道的模擬現(xiàn)場消毒試驗(yàn),對(duì)該血透機(jī)專用次氯酸鈉消毒液的殺菌效果和對(duì)血透機(jī)管道的模擬現(xiàn)場消毒效果進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)觀察。結(jié)果該血透機(jī)專用次氯酸鈉消毒液原液含有效氯47.80 g/L。以其1∶22.5倍稀釋液作用5 min,對(duì)懸液內(nèi)大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、銅綠假單胞菌的平均殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值5.00,對(duì)懸液內(nèi)白色念珠菌的平均殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值4.00。以其1∶40倍稀釋液對(duì)血透機(jī)管道進(jìn)行模擬現(xiàn)場消毒試驗(yàn),對(duì)30個(gè)染有枯草桿菌黑色變種芽孢的聚四氟乙烯管載體消毒作用20 min,殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值均3.00。結(jié)論該血透機(jī)專用次氯酸鈉消毒液能有效的快速殺滅細(xì)菌繁殖體和致病性真菌以及細(xì)菌芽孢。對(duì)血透機(jī)管道消毒效果符合國家要求。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the disinfectant performance of a special sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for hemodialysis machine. Methods suspension quantitative germicidal test and simulated field disinfection test were used. The germicidal efficacy of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for this hemodialysis machine and the simulated field disinfection effect on the conduit of hemodialysis machine were observed. Results the available chlorine was 47.80 g / L in the original solution of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for the purpose of the hemodialysis machine, and 1: 22.5 times thinner than that of the sodium hypochlorite disinfectant solution. E. coli in suspension was treated with release solution for 5 min. The average logarithm of killing Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans in suspensions were 5.00 and 4.00 respectively. 30 polytetrafluoroethylene tube carriers infected with spores of Bacillus subtilis var. Niger were disinfected for 20 min and the logarithmic values were all 3.00.Conclusion Sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for the purpose of this hemodialysis machine is effective in killing bacterial reproduction and pathogenicity. Bacteria and bacterial spores. The disinfection effect of the blood dialyzer pipe meets the national requirements.
