【摘要】：目的了解全國(guó)消毒產(chǎn)品衛(wèi)生許可情況,提出今后加強(qiáng)管理的建議。方法通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)資料統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的方法,對(duì)2010-2013年期間國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)涉及國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的消毒產(chǎn)品衛(wèi)生許可狀況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查與分析。結(jié)果在2010-2013年期間國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)共新申報(bào)消毒產(chǎn)品678件,進(jìn)口消毒產(chǎn)品79件,并呈現(xiàn)逐年下降趨勢(shì);延續(xù)批件的產(chǎn)品766件,變更批件的產(chǎn)品355件,補(bǔ)發(fā)批件3件;全國(guó)未獲得衛(wèi)生許可批件的消毒產(chǎn)品共計(jì)231件。在2010-2013年期間獲得50件以上衛(wèi)生許可批件消毒產(chǎn)品的省市有6個(gè),居前2位的是山東省和四川省,分別為89件和85件;只獲得5件以下衛(wèi)生許可批件的省市有11個(gè),尚有3個(gè)省市空白。結(jié)論全國(guó)每年新批準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品的數(shù)量變化不大,但在2013年度明顯下降,調(diào)查結(jié)果反映了國(guó)內(nèi)消毒劑和消毒器械市場(chǎng)基本保持穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the situation of sanitary license of disinfection products in China and put forward some suggestions for strengthening management in the future. The sanitary license status of disinfection products produced by domestic and foreign enterprises in the period of 2010-2013 was investigated and analyzed. Results in the period of 2010-2013, 678 new disinfection products and 79 imported disinfection products were newly declared by domestic enterprises. There are 766 products with continuous batches, 355 products with changing batches and 3 reissued batches. The total number of disinfectant products that did not obtain the approval of health license in China was 231. In the period 2010-2013, there were 6 provinces and municipalities that obtained more than 50 batches of sanitary permits, of which 89 were in Shandong Province and 85 in Sichuan Province; There are only 11 provinces and cities that have received only 5 or less health permits, and 3 provinces and cities are still blank. Conclusion the number of new products approved in China does not change much every year, but it decreased significantly in 2013. The results showed that the domestic market for disinfectants and disinfectants remained stable.
