【摘要】：目的分析新生兒病房消毒現(xiàn)狀,探討提高新生兒病房消毒效果途徑,有效的預(yù)防院內(nèi)感染的發(fā)生。方法對(duì)產(chǎn)房、母嬰同室、新生兒室的空氣、物體表面、使用中消毒液和醫(yī)護(hù)人員手消毒效果進(jìn)行抽樣檢測(cè)。結(jié)果 2009-2012年合格率分別為90.3%、91.7%、96.4%和97.8%。不同檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目中,空氣、桌面、暖箱、監(jiān)護(hù)儀、醫(yī)護(hù)人員手和使用中消毒液合格率依次為92.2%、93.1%、97.3%、95.7%、94.7%和97.6%。結(jié)論新生兒病房消毒合格率逐年提高,這與醫(yī)院管理層高度重視醫(yī)院感染管理工作,將醫(yī)院感染管理工作納入醫(yī)院管理的重要指標(biāo)之一,特別是新生兒病房被納入重中之重有關(guān)。同時(shí)醫(yī)院的技術(shù)水平、硬件設(shè)施不斷提高也與之密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the status quo of neonatal ward, explore the way to improve the effect of sterilization and neonatal infection, effective prevention of hospital. Methods of delivery room, rooming in newborn room air, object surface, use sampling inspection in disinfection of hand disinfection solution and medical personnel. The result of 2009-2012 years of qualified rate were 90.3% and 91.7%. 96.4% and 97.8%. different test items, air, desktop, incubator, monitor, hands of medical staff and use disinfectant pass rate was 92.2%, 93.1%, 97.3%, 95.7%, 94.7% and 97.6%. conclusion Newborn Ward disinfection qualified rate increased year by year, and the hospital infection management management attaches great importance to the hospital, the hospital the infection management work into one of the most important indicators of hospital management, especially in neonatal ward were included in the priority among priorities. While the hospital's technical level, and constantly improve the hardware facilities and It's closely related.
