【摘要】：探討北京市氣象因素對貓、犬傷(抓傷/咬傷)門診就診人數(shù)的影響,采用雙向配對病例交叉設(shè)計(jì),研究了2008-2012年氣象要素(日平均氣壓、日平均氣溫、相對濕度、24 h降水量、日照時(shí)間、平均水汽壓)對貓、犬傷門診就診人數(shù)的影響.結(jié)果表明,雙向l:2匹配病例交叉研究的效應(yīng)值最大,在1:2匹配時(shí),氣壓升高對犬傷的主要?dú)庀笠蛩匦?yīng)值(OR)為0.994時(shí)的95%置信區(qū)間(95%CI)為0.989~0.996.溫度升高對犬傷影響較大,OR為1.01 9時(shí),95%CI為1.009~1.023.濕度加大對貓傷有一定影響,OR為1.005時(shí),95%CI為1.001~1.008.日照時(shí)間對貓、犬傷均有影響,日照時(shí)間加長,犬傷的OR為1.004,95%CI為1.000~1.011,貓傷OR為1.007,95%CI為1.001~1.008.降水量及平均水汽壓結(jié)果差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義.氣溫和日照時(shí)間是影響貓、犬傷人的主要?dú)庀笠蛩?明顯反映出氣溫和日照時(shí)間的變化對貓、犬性情的影響較大,而氣壓及相對濕度也會對貓、犬傷人產(chǎn)生一定的影響.
[Abstract]:To explore the effect of meteorological factors on the number of outpatients with cat and dog injuries (scratches / bites) in Beijing, the weather elements (daily mean pressure, daily average temperature, relative humidity, 24 h precipitation) from 2008 to 2012 were studied by using a two-way matched case cross design. The effect of sunshine time and average vapor pressure on the number of outpatients with cat and dog injuries was studied. The results showed that the cross study of bidirectional 1: 2 matched cases had the greatest effect, when 1: 2 matched, The 95% confidence interval (OR) of the main meteorological factors of canine injury caused by the increase of air pressure was 0.989 ~ 0.996. The OR of the increase of temperature was 1.01 9 ~ 95 CI = 1.009 ~ 1.023. The OR of increasing humidity on cat injury was 1.005.95 CI was 1.001 鹵1.008.The effect of sunshine time was 1.001 ~ 1.008.The effect of increasing air pressure on canine injury was 1.009 ~ (95) CI 1.001 ~ (1.008), and that of cat was 1.009 ~ (95) CI = 1.001 ~ (1.008). The duration of sunshine was longer, the OR of canine injury was 1.004 / 95 CI = 1.000 / 1.011, and that of cat injury was 1.007 / 95CI = 1.001 / 1.008. There was no significant difference in the results of precipitation and mean water vapor pressure. Temperature and sunshine time were the main meteorological factors affecting the injury of cats and dogs. The results showed that the changes of temperature and sunshine time had a great influence on the temperament of cats and dogs, and the air pressure and relative humidity also had some effects on cats and dogs.
