【摘要】：目的分析賓陽縣丙類傳染病流行病學特征,探討防控對策。方法采用描述性流行病學方法對賓陽縣2008-2011年丙類傳染病疫情資料進行分析。結(jié)果 2008-2011年全縣共報告丙類傳染病7種,共21 883例,年平均發(fā)病率609.45/10萬;4-6月為發(fā)病高峰期;男性報告發(fā)病高于女性;0~5歲組報告發(fā)病數(shù)最多,占56.94%;職業(yè)以散居兒童和學生為主,分別占46.86%和25.33%;發(fā)病率居前3位的病種為手足口病、出血性結(jié)膜炎、流行性腮腺炎。結(jié)論 2008-2011年賓陽縣丙類傳染病發(fā)病率總體呈上升趨勢,手足口病和流行性腮腺炎是賓陽縣主要的丙類傳染病。散居兒童和學生是未來防控工作的重點。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of Class C infectious diseases in Binyang County, and to discuss the countermeasures of prevention and control. Methods the epidemic data of Class C infectious diseases from 2008 to 2011 in Binyang County were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results there were 7 kinds of Class C infectious diseases reported in the whole county from 2008 to 2011. There were 21,883 cases, the annual average incidence rate of 609.45% / 100 000 months was the peak in April-June. The number of cases reported by males was higher than that reported by females aged 5 years (56.94%), and the occupation was mainly among children and students living in the diaspora. The incidence of hand, foot and mouth disease, hemorrhagic conjunctivitis and mumps were among the top 3 diseases. Conclusion the incidence of Class C infectious diseases in Binyang County from 2008 to 2011 is on the rise. Hand, foot and mouth disease and mumps are the major class C infectious diseases in Binyang County.
