【摘要】：對溫州市2007-2014年瘧疾病例的相關(guān)資料進行分析。2007-2014年,溫州市共報告瘧疾258例,其中間日瘧148例,惡性瘧106例,卵形瘧4例;死亡2例。2007-2009年,瘧疾病例以間日瘧(86.0%)為主,存在本地原發(fā)病例。2010-2014年,惡性瘧的比例逐年增加。98.8%為非洲和國內(nèi)其他省輸入性病例。258例瘧疾病例的年齡主要集中在20~49歲,男女性別比例為3.16∶1。職業(yè)以工人和商業(yè)服務(wù)人員為主。溫州市瘧疾疫情相對穩(wěn)定,針對輸入性病例應(yīng)加強流動人員管理和宣傳,尋求多部門聯(lián)防聯(lián)控。
[Abstract]:The relevant data of 2007-2014 years in Wenzhou City, malaria cases were analyzed in.2007-2014, Wenzhou, total of 258 malaria cases were reported, among them, 148 cases of falciparum malaria, 106 cases, 4 cases and 2 cases died of malaria ovate;.2007-2009 years in vivax malaria cases (86%), there are local primary cases.2010-2014 years. The increasing proportion of falciparum malaria cases were.258.98.8% for Africa and other domestic input mainly concentrated in the age of 20~49 years, the sex ratio is 3.16: 1. occupation of workers and business people. The malaria epidemic in Wenzhou city is relatively stable, the imported cases should strengthen the flow of personnel management and publicity seek, multi sectoral joint prevention and control.
