【摘要】：目的:觀察監(jiān)測恒磨牙正畸期間齲病的發(fā)生和發(fā)展。方法:使用激光齲齒診斷儀對74名12~16歲正畸青少年183個牙進行為期1年的觀察監(jiān)測。結果:183個牙1年內有14.8%的可疑齲發(fā)展為需充填齲。結論:應用齲齒激光診斷儀對青少年正畸牙齒的齲病發(fā)生狀況可起到良好的監(jiān)測作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and monitor the occurrence and development of caries in permanent molars during orthodontic treatment. Methods: 183 teeth of 74 orthodontic adolescents aged 12 years old were observed and monitored by laser dental caries diagnostic instrument for one year. Results: 14.8% of 183 teeth developed suspected caries within one year. Conclusion: laser dental caries diagnostic instrument can play a good role in monitoring the occurrence of orthodontic dental caries in adolescents.
