【摘要】：目的探討Th22細(xì)胞及其細(xì)胞因子白細(xì)胞介素22(IL-22)在原發(fā)性舍格倫綜合征(p SS)患者外周血中的表達(dá)及臨床意義。方法 p SS患者根據(jù)唾液腺受累程度分為輕、中、重度患者。健康成人作為對(duì)照組。檢測(cè)Th22細(xì)胞及其細(xì)胞因子IL-22在輕、中、重度p SS患者和健康對(duì)照組外周血中的表達(dá)。結(jié)果 p SS患者外周血中Th22細(xì)胞及細(xì)胞因子IL-22表達(dá)明顯高于健康對(duì)照組(P0.05)。而且患者病情越嚴(yán)重,外周血中Th22細(xì)胞及細(xì)胞因子IL-22水平越高:重度組高于中度組(P0.05),中度組高于輕度組(P0.05)。結(jié)論 p SS患者外周血中Th22及其細(xì)胞因子IL-22較健康對(duì)照組明顯升高,而且病情越嚴(yán)重,Th22及其細(xì)胞因子IL-22水平越高。因此,檢測(cè)外周血中Th22及其細(xì)胞因子IL-22水平有可能成為判斷p SS病情嚴(yán)重程度的指標(biāo),并為治療提供新的治療靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and clinical significance of Th22 cells and their cytokine IL-22 (IL-22) in peripheral blood of patients with primary Shergren syndrome (p SS). Methods p SS patients were divided into mild, moderate and severe patients according to the degree of salivary gland involvement. Healthy adults served as control group. The expression of Th22 cells and its cytokine IL-22 in peripheral blood of mild, moderate and severe p-SS patients and healthy controls were detected. Results the expression of Th22 cells and cytokine IL-22 in peripheral blood of p SS patients was significantly higher than that of healthy controls (P 0.05). And the more serious the patient's condition, the higher the level of Th22 cells and cytokines IL-22 in peripheral blood: the severe group was higher than the moderate group (P 0.05), and the moderate group was higher than the mild group (P 0.05). Conclusion the level of Th22 and its cytokine IL-22 in peripheral blood of p SS patients is significantly higher than that of healthy control group, and the more serious the disease is, the higher the level of Th22 and its cytokine IL-22 is. Therefore, the detection of Th22 and its cytokine IL-22 in peripheral blood may be an index to judge the severity of p-SS and provide a new therapeutic target for treatment.
