不同數(shù)字印模技術(shù)對(duì)3D打印模型精度的影響

【摘要】:目的:結(jié)合3D打印樹脂模型評(píng)價(jià)2種椅旁掃描系統(tǒng)的掃描精度。方法:仿照上頜牙弓形態(tài)及大小制作一金屬底座主模型,底座上設(shè)計(jì)4個(gè)柱形金屬預(yù)備體,分別模擬上頜尖牙和第一磨牙的預(yù)備體,右側(cè)尖牙和第一磨牙分別以A、B表示,左側(cè)分別以C、D表示。分別利用Cerec藍(lán)光照相系統(tǒng)和Cerec真彩攝像系統(tǒng)掃描主模型各10次,每次掃描生成一個(gè)數(shù)字化模型。用3D打印機(jī)打印出樹脂模型(n=10),在三坐標(biāo)測量機(jī)上分別測量主模型和樹脂模型相應(yīng)柱形金屬預(yù)備體間的距離AB、AC、BD以及A的直徑d。采用SPSS 13.0軟件對(duì)測量結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:藍(lán)光組AB、AC、BD的距離,真彩組AC、BD的距離分別與主模型差異有顯著性(P0.05);藍(lán)光組與真彩組各距離差異均有顯著性(P0.05)。2組的d值與主模型差異無顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:對(duì)單個(gè)預(yù)備體的掃描,Cerec藍(lán)光照相系統(tǒng)精度高于Cerec真彩攝像系統(tǒng);當(dāng)掃描區(qū)域擴(kuò)大,Cerec真彩攝像系統(tǒng)精度高于Cerec藍(lán)光照相系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the scanning accuracy of two kinds of seat-side scanning system based on 3D printing resin model. Methods: the main model of a metal base was made by imitating the shape and size of the maxillary arch. Four cylindrical metal preparations were designed on the base to simulate the preparation of maxillary canines and first molars respectively, and the right fangs and first molars were expressed as A, B, respectively. The left side is expressed as C, D, respectively. Cerec blue-ray camera system and Cerec real-color camera system were used to scan the main model 10 times each time to generate a digital model each time. The resin model was printed out with a 3D printer. The distance between the main model and the resin model was measured on the coordinate measuring machine (CMM). The distance between the main model and the resin model corresponding to the cylindrical metal preform AB,AC,BD and the diameter d of A were measured on the CMM. The measurement results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results: the distance of AB,AC,BD in blue ray group and AC,BD in true color group were significantly different from that of main model (P0.05). There were significant differences in each distance between blue light group and true color group (P0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups in d value and main model (P0.05). Conclusion: the precision of Cerec Blu-ray photography system is higher than that of Cerec real-color camera system, and when the scanning area is enlarged, the accuracy of Cerec real-color camera system is higher than that of Cerec blue-ray photography system.
