【摘要】：目的:比較單支銼Reciproc與全序列銼Mtwo鎳鈦器械預(yù)備下頜第一磨牙的臨床療效是否相同,為臨床醫(yī)師選擇合適的器械提供參考。方法:依據(jù)病人就診先后次序收集下頜第一磨牙72顆(共計256個根管,4個根管牙數(shù)40顆,3個根管牙數(shù)32顆),隨機分成Reciproc組(R組)和Mtwo組(M組),分別用Reciproc和Mtwo鎳鈦器械預(yù)備根管;前者采用冠向下預(yù)備技術(shù)預(yù)備根管,后者采用全長預(yù)備技術(shù)預(yù)備根管,兩組均選用熱牙膠連續(xù)波垂直加壓技術(shù)充填根管。分別記錄根管預(yù)備時間、根管預(yù)備后兩天內(nèi)的疼痛及術(shù)后根充效果。結(jié)果:R組單顆牙齒預(yù)備平均時間和單個根管預(yù)備平均時間都少于M組(P0.O5)。根管預(yù)備術(shù)后兩天內(nèi)兩組均未出現(xiàn)診間疼痛(P0.05)。R組8個根管超充(遠中根管),4個根管欠充(遠中根管),116個根管恰填;M組4個根管超充(近中舌根管),124個根管恰填,兩組充填效果無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:本次實驗中,按照規(guī)范的流程使用Reciproc鎳鈦單支銼,可以較高質(zhì)量的完成根管預(yù)備,減少根管預(yù)備時間;同時根管預(yù)備后無診間疼痛發(fā)生,且與Mtwo鎳鈦器械預(yù)備后的根充效果無差異。
[Abstract]:Aim: to compare the clinical efficacy of single file Reciproc and full sequence file Mtwo nickel titanium instrument in the preparation of mandibular first molar, and to provide a reference for clinicians to select appropriate instruments. Methods: 72 mandibular first molars were randomly divided into two groups: Reciproc group (R group) and Mtwo group (M group), according to the order of visit, 72 mandibular first molars (total 256 root canals, 4 root canal teeth 40 teeth, 3 root canal teeth 32 teeth) were randomly divided into two groups: group R (group R) and group M (group M). Reciproc and Mtwo instruments were used to prepare root canals. The former used crown-down preparation technique to prepare root canal, and the latter used full-length preparation technique to prepare root canal. Hot gutta continuous wave vertical compression technique was used to fill root canal in both groups. The time of root canal preparation, pain within two days after root canal preparation and the effect of root filling after root canal preparation were recorded. Results: the average time of single tooth preparation and single root canal preparation in group R was shorter than that in group M (P0.O5). Two days after root canal preparation, no pain occurred in the two groups (P0.05:). R group, 8 root canals were superfilled (distal root canal), 4 root canals were underfilled (distal root canal), and 116 root canals were filled properly. In M group, 4 root canals were superfilled (near-middle tongue root canal) and 124 root canals were filled properly. There was no significant difference in filling effect between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: in this experiment, according to the standard procedure, using Reciproc Ni-Ti single file can complete root canal preparation with high quality and reduce root canal preparation time. At the same time, no pain occurred after root canal preparation, and there was no difference in root filling effect between root canal preparation and Mtwo Ni-Ti instrument.
