【摘要】：目的研究江西省中小學(xué)生齲齒的患病現(xiàn)狀,為今后江西省中小學(xué)生的齲齒防治提供依據(jù)。方法采用分層隨機(jī)整群抽樣方法,對(duì)江西省2 400名中小學(xué)生進(jìn)行齲齒檢查。結(jié)果江西省中小學(xué)生的齲患率為37.3%,12歲恒牙齲均為(0.27±0.96)。隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng),乳牙齲患率和齲均逐漸降低(P0.001),恒牙齲患率和齲均大體呈上升趨勢(shì)(P0.001)。城、鄉(xiāng)男生乳牙齲患率和齲均,城、鄉(xiāng)女生乳牙齲患率比較,城市均大于鄉(xiāng)村(P0.001),鄉(xiāng)村男生乳、恒牙齲患率和齲均均小于鄉(xiāng)村女生(P0.05)。乳、恒牙齲患構(gòu)成比分別高達(dá)88.8%和89.2%,齲補(bǔ)構(gòu)成比僅為2.9%和5.8%。7、9歲小學(xué)生的乳齲患構(gòu)成比均大于12歲小學(xué)生,乳齲補(bǔ)構(gòu)成比均小于12歲小學(xué)生(P0.01)。城市男、女生的乳、恒牙齲失補(bǔ)狀況大體優(yōu)于鄉(xiāng)村男、女生。結(jié)論江西省中小學(xué)生的齲患情況較為嚴(yán)重,口腔保健水平極其低下。應(yīng)加大口腔健康宣教力度,提高家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生口腔保健的"知-信-行"水平,構(gòu)建多級(jí)口腔保健網(wǎng)絡(luò)等。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the prevalence of dental caries among primary and middle school students in Jiangxi Province and to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of dental caries in primary and secondary school students in Jiangxi Province. Methods A total of 2 400 primary and middle school students in Jiangxi province were examined for dental caries by stratified random cluster sampling. Results the prevalence of dental caries was 37.3% in primary and middle school students in Jiangxi Province and (0.27 鹵0.96) in 12-year-old permanent teeth. With the increase of age, the incidence and caries of deciduous teeth decreased gradually (P0.001), while the incidence and caries of permanent teeth tended to increase (P0.001). The prevalence of deciduous tooth caries in urban and rural boys was higher than that in rural areas (P0.001), and the prevalence and caries of permanent dental caries in rural boys were lower than those in rural girls (P0.05). The prevalence of deciduous dental caries in urban and rural girls was higher than that in rural areas (P0.001). The proportion of breast caries and permanent tooth caries was 88.8% and 89.2% respectively, and only 2.9% and 5.8% of 9-year-old primary school students were more than 12-year-old pupils. The composition ratio of breast caries was lower than that of 12-year-old pupils (P0.01). Urban boys, girls milk, permanent tooth caries status is generally better than rural boys, girls. Conclusion the dental caries of primary and middle school students in Jiangxi Province is serious and the oral health level is very low. Oral health education should be strengthened, the level of "knowledge-faith-action" of oral health care of parents and students should be improved, and multi-level oral health network should be set up.
