牙周源性牙周牙髓聯(lián)合病變感染患者病原體特點(diǎn)及相關(guān)因素分析

【摘要】:目的探討牙周源性牙周牙髓聯(lián)合病變感染患者病原體特點(diǎn)及感染危險(xiǎn)因素,為臨床疾病防治提供參考。方法選取2014年6月-2016年6月于醫(yī)院治療的300例牙周牙髓聯(lián)合病變感染患者作為試驗(yàn)組,共360顆牙;另選取同期入院行正畸治療的300例(360顆牙)且為同樣牙位的患者作為本次研究對(duì)照組,分別采集兩組患者患牙處樣本,并加以檢測(cè)分析。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組病原菌檢出率為59.17%,高于對(duì)照組的12.78%(P0.05);奈瑟菌屬、棒狀桿菌屬、放線菌屬、梭桿菌屬及嗜血桿菌屬感染為牙周源性牙周牙髓聯(lián)合病變感染的高危因素。結(jié)論牙周源性牙周牙髓聯(lián)合病變感染與臨床病原體感染存在緊密聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the pathogen characteristics and infection risk factors in patients with periodontogenic periodontal pulp combined disease (PDD), so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of clinical diseases. Methods from June 2014 to June 2016, 300 patients with combined infection of periodontal pulp and pulp were selected as the test group, and 360 teeth were selected as the test group. In addition, 300 patients (360 teeth) who were treated with orthodontic treatment at the same time were selected as the control group, and the samples of the two groups were collected and analyzed. Results the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in the test group was 59.17%, which was higher than that in the control group (12.78%) (P0.05). The infection of Nessiella, Corynebacterium, Actinomycetes, Clostridium and Haemophilus were the high risk factors of periodontitis periodontal pulp disease. Conclusion there is a close relationship between the infection of periodontal pulp and the infection of clinical pathogen.
