【摘要】：目的探討牙列重度磨耗患者行固定義齒咬合重建修復(fù)的可行性。方法結(jié)合1例牙列重度磨耗患者,咬合墊佩戴3個(gè)月后,制作過(guò)渡性修復(fù)體,口內(nèi)觀察1年,然后行上下頜固定義齒最終修復(fù),經(jīng)過(guò)這一序列診療過(guò)程完成咬合重建。結(jié)果患者使用最終修復(fù)體2年,美觀滿意,咀嚼效率良好,無(wú)咀嚼系統(tǒng)肌肉及顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)不適癥狀。結(jié)論牙列重度磨耗的固定義齒咬合重建修復(fù)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的序列治療過(guò)程,治療效果是滿意的。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the feasibility of occlusal reconstruction of fixed denture in patients with severe dentition wear. Methods combined with a patient with severe dentition wear, after 3 months of wearing occlusal pad, a transitional prosthesis was made, observed in the mouth for 1 year, and finally repaired with the upper and lower jaw fixed denture. After this series of diagnosis and treatment, the occlusal reconstruction was completed. Results the patients were treated with final prosthesis for 2 years with satisfactory appearance, good masticatory efficiency and no symptoms of masticatory system muscle and temporomandibular joint discomfort. Conclusion the occlusal reconstruction and reconstruction of denture with severe dentition wear is a complicated sequential procedure and the therapeutic effect is satisfactory.
