【摘要】：目的:比較Ⅱ類(lèi)Ⅰ分類(lèi)不同垂直骨面型成人口周軟組織的特征與差異。方法:采用X線頭影測(cè)量技術(shù),對(duì)90名Ⅱ類(lèi)Ⅰ分類(lèi)低角、均角、高角各30例垂直骨面型成人(男、女各半)的頭顱定位側(cè)位片進(jìn)行測(cè)量分析,比較口周軟組織的差異。結(jié)果:低角組下唇基部厚度、下唇長(zhǎng)度小于高角組(P0.05);多數(shù)測(cè)量項(xiàng)目的性別間比較顯示男性大于女性,特別是上唇基部厚度和上、下唇厚度(P0.05)。結(jié)論:正畸醫(yī)生在臨床工作中應(yīng)當(dāng)了解并重視這種差異,為患者建立更加和諧美好的面容。
