【摘要】：正唾液腺淋巴上皮癌(Lymphoepithelial carcinoma)是一種伴有明顯的非腫瘤性的淋巴細(xì)胞和漿細(xì)胞浸潤的未分化癌,又稱為淋巴上皮瘤樣癌、惡性淋巴上皮病變、伴有淋巴樣間質(zhì)的未分化癌等[1]。淋巴上皮癌好發(fā)于愛斯基摩人及東南亞人。絕大多數(shù)發(fā)生于大唾液腺,腮腺最易受累(80%),發(fā)生于小唾液腺非常罕見[1~5]。本文報道1例原發(fā)于小唾液腺的淋巴上皮癌,結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)對其臨床病理特征和生物
[Abstract]:Normal salivary lymphoepithelial carcinoma (Lymphoepithelial carcinoma) is an undifferentiated carcinoma with obvious non-neoplastic lymphocyte and plasmacyte infiltration, also known as lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma, malignant lymphoepithelial lesion. Undifferentiated carcinoma with lymphoid stroma, et al. [1]. Lymphoepithelial cancer often occurs in Eskimos and Southeast Asia. Most of them occur in the large salivary gland, the parotid gland is the most vulnerable (80%), and it is very rare in the small salivary gland. A case of primary lymphoepithelial carcinoma of the small salivary gland was reported in this paper. The clinicopathological features and biological features of the carcinoma were reviewed in combination with related literature.
