【摘要】：目的研究對(duì)比主觀感覺因素與改良Bass刷牙法對(duì)刷牙效果的影響。方法選擇非口腔專業(yè)大一學(xué)生80名,29名男生,51名女生,平均年齡20歲,隨機(jī)分為4組,對(duì)比習(xí)慣刷牙法(CM),習(xí)慣加主觀感覺法(舔舐牙面有舔玻璃樣感覺)(CSM),Bass刷牙法(BM),主觀感覺和改良Bass結(jié)合法刷牙(BCSM)對(duì)上下前牙和前磨牙菌斑指數(shù)的影響。結(jié)果主觀感覺因素刷牙法和Bass刷牙法結(jié)合效果最佳,差異具有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);習(xí)慣法加主觀感覺法對(duì)牙菌斑的清除效果明顯優(yōu)于習(xí)慣法(P0.05),但不及Bass刷牙法。結(jié)論主觀感覺法和改良Bass結(jié)合法是最佳的刷牙方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effects of subjective sensory factors and modified Bass tooth brushing method on the effect of tooth brushing. Methods A total of 80 non-oral freshmen, 29 boys and 51 girls, with an average age of 20 years, were randomly divided into 4 groups. The (CM), habit and subjective sensation (licking the glass-like sensation on the face of the teeth) were compared to those of the four groups (licking the glass-like sensation on the face of the teeth). Effects of Bass brushing (BM), subjective sensation and modified Bass combined brushing (BCSM) on plaque index of upper and lower anterior teeth and premolars. Results the combination of subjective sensation factor brushing method and Bass brushing method had the best effect, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). The effect of customary law plus subjective sensation on plaque removal was significantly better than that of customary law (P0.05), but it was not as good as Bass's method of tooth brushing. Conclusion the combination of subjective sensation method and modified Bass method is the best method for brushing teeth.
