【摘要】：唇腭裂是常見的先天性畸形,應(yīng)用二維及三維影像學(xué)方法對(duì)唇腭裂患者上氣道各部分的測(cè)量研究具有重要的臨床意義。各研究使用了不同的測(cè)量方法。在二維頭影測(cè)量的研究中,其選用的解剖標(biāo)志點(diǎn)、參考平面等均有差異。而在三維的研究中,對(duì)于錐形束計(jì)算機(jī)斷層掃描(CBCT)的拍攝定位、測(cè)量軟件、參考平面、標(biāo)志點(diǎn)選擇及測(cè)量方法等亦多樣。目前,各研究中采用的測(cè)量方法多樣、測(cè)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一,往往無(wú)法對(duì)不同研究進(jìn)行橫向比較。該文就唇腭裂患者上氣道形態(tài)影像學(xué)測(cè)量研究進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Cleft lip and palate is a common congenital malformation. It is of great clinical significance to measure the upper airway of patients with cleft lip and palate by using two dimensional and three dimensional imaging methods. Different methods of measurement were used in each study. In the study of 2D cephalometric measurement, the anatomic markers and reference planes are different. In the 3D research, the shooting location, measuring software, reference plane, mark selection and measuring methods of tapered beam computed tomography (CBCT) scanning are also varied. At present, the measurement methods used in various studies are various and the measurement standards are not uniform, so it is often impossible to compare the different studies horizontally. This article reviews the study on the morphologic measurement of upper airway in patients with cleft lip and palate.
