【摘要】：目的探討不同牙周治療手段對發(fā)育期牙根缺失的影響。方法選擇60例發(fā)育期牙根缺失患兒,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組與對照組各30例,兩組都給予保留牙根的修復(fù)治療,同時對照組選擇Gracey刮治器進(jìn)行牙周治療,觀察組選擇Vector系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行牙周治療。結(jié)果牙周治療后對照組的根面部分區(qū)域牙骨質(zhì)缺失,牙本質(zhì)小管暴露;而觀察組的根面部分區(qū)域可觀察到表面結(jié)構(gòu)光滑。所有患兒術(shù)后牙列功能可正常行使,患兒咀嚼功能得到改善。經(jīng)過觀察,兩組術(shù)后GI值、PD值與BOP陽性率明顯降低(P0.05),同時觀察組術(shù)后GI值、PD值與BOP陽性率明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。兩組術(shù)前牙科畏懼評分對比差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),術(shù)后觀察組的牙科畏懼評分明顯低于術(shù)前(P0.05),也明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論相對于Gracey刮治器,Vector系統(tǒng)在發(fā)育期牙根缺失患兒中的應(yīng)用可促進(jìn)牙根面光滑,改善牙周炎水平,減輕患兒的心理畏懼水平,從而提高患兒的依從性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different periodontal therapy on root loss in developing stage. Methods A total of 60 children with developmental root loss were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30). Both groups were treated with root preservation and the control group were treated with Gracey curette. Vector system was selected for periodontal treatment in the observation group. Results after periodontal treatment, the dentine tubules were exposed to the root surface of the control group, and the surface structure of the root surface was smooth in the observation group. The dentition function of all the children was normal and the masticatory function was improved. After observation, the positive rate of GI, PD and BOP in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). At the same time, the positive rates of GI, PD and BOP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in preoperative dental fear score between the two groups (P0.05). The postoperative dental fear score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the preoperative (P0.05) and significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion compared with Gracey curettage, the application of Vector system in the development of children with root loss can promote the smooth root surface, improve the level of periodontitis, reduce the level of psychological fear of children, so as to improve the compliance of the children.
