【摘要】：目的通過(guò)對(duì)兒童口腔黏膜病相關(guān)因素的分析,了解重慶市兒童口腔黏膜病的發(fā)病特點(diǎn)及規(guī)律,以期為疾病預(yù)防及臨床診治提供參考。方法以2015年于重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬兒童醫(yī)院口腔科門診就診的3 792例口腔黏膜病患兒為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)疾病病種、患者性別、年齡及發(fā)病時(shí)間進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 3 792例患兒中共記錄15種兒童口腔黏膜疾病,其中發(fā)病率前5位的為皰疹樣口炎(42.67%)、鵝口瘡(23.36%)、創(chuàng)傷性潰瘍(14.82%)、復(fù)發(fā)性阿弗他潰瘍(8.81%)及地圖舌(8.65%)。結(jié)論兒童口腔黏膜病臨床特征復(fù)雜多樣,發(fā)病年齡及發(fā)病時(shí)間有一定的規(guī)律,提示早期診治對(duì)疾病愈后極為重要。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the related factors of oral mucosal disease in children, and to understand the characteristics and regularity of oral mucosal disease in children in Chongqing, so as to provide reference for the prevention, clinical diagnosis and treatment of children's oral mucosal disease. Methods A total of 3792 children with oral mucosal disease were enrolled in the outpatient clinic of Department of Stomatology, affiliated Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in 2015. The disease types, patients' gender, age and onset time were analyzed. Results A total of 15 kinds of oral mucosal diseases were recorded in 3 792 children. Among them, the top 5 cases were herpetic stomatitis (42.67%), thrush (23.36%), traumatic ulcer (14.82%). Recurrent aphthous ulcer (8.81%) and map tongue (8.65%). Conclusion the clinical features of oral mucosal disease in children are complex and diverse, and the age and time of onset have certain regularity, suggesting that early diagnosis and treatment is very important to the recovery of the disease.
