人類口腔微生物組學(xué)研究:現(xiàn)狀、挑戰(zhàn)及機(jī)遇

【摘要】:全球超過一半的人口患有口腔疾病,其醫(yī)護(hù)費(fèi)用與全球十大常見死亡病因的花費(fèi)相當(dāng),而且口腔感染與早產(chǎn)、動脈粥樣硬化、肝硬化、糖尿病、阿爾茨海默病等全身性或慢性疾病顯著相關(guān),因此,口腔微生物組一直是人類微生物組計劃的主要研究對象之一。與人體其他部位比較,口腔微生物組研究具有取樣快捷、宿主反應(yīng)表征方便、干預(yù)手段直接有效等特點;同時,超過65%的口腔細(xì)菌類群已可培養(yǎng),諸多代表性菌株的全基因組信息已破譯。因此口腔微生物組在菌群內(nèi)部調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)及其與宿主互作機(jī)制、局部感染對遠(yuǎn)隔器官的影響機(jī)制、以及基于菌群的慢病早期預(yù)警等微生物組研究核心科學(xué)問題上具備作為模式研究體系與技術(shù)示范對象的重要優(yōu)勢。本文在分析口腔微生物組學(xué)國際、國內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,建議盡快啟動中國人口腔微生物組計劃(China human oral microbiome project,CHOMP),通過產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同攻關(guān),開拓基于口腔菌群的口腔及全身系統(tǒng)性疾病的個體化預(yù)防、診斷及治療策略。
[Abstract]:More than half of the world's population suffers from oral diseases, which cost about the same amount of care as the world's top ten common causes of death, and oral infections and preterm birth, atherosclerosis, cirrhosis, diabetes, Systemic or chronic diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, are significantly associated, so oral microbiology has been one of the main research subjects in the human microbiome program. Compared with other parts of human body, oral microflora research has the characteristics of quick sampling, convenient host reaction characterization and direct and effective intervention. At the same time, more than 65% of oral bacteria groups have been cultured, many representative strains of the whole genome information has been deciphered. Therefore, oral microorganism group in the control network within the flora and its interaction with the host mechanism, local infection on the distant organs of the mechanism, And early warning of slow disease based on microflora has important advantages as a model research system and technology demonstration object on the core scientific issues of microflora research. On the basis of analyzing the international and domestic research status of oral microbiology, this paper suggests to start the Chinese Stomatology Program (China human oral microbiome project,CHOMP) as soon as possible, and to tackle the key problems through the cooperation of industry, education and research. Develop individualized prevention, diagnosis and treatment strategies for oral and systemic diseases based on oral flora.
