【摘要】：【目的】探討外胚葉發(fā)育不全(ED)患兒牙列情況、上下頜骨發(fā)育情況及蝶鞍大小,分析與同齡人間的發(fā)育差異�！痉椒ā渴占�6~7歲的ED患兒頭顱側(cè)位X線片,其中男性5名,女性1名。記錄患兒牙列情況,選擇與上下頜及蝶鞍發(fā)育相關(guān)的17個測量項目,與國內(nèi)健康的同齡人相比較并作分析�！窘Y(jié)果】本研究結(jié)果顯示,ED患兒恒牙列平均缺牙數(shù)為22.3個,乳牙列人均缺牙數(shù)為16.2個;尤以恒側(cè)切牙及第一乳磨牙、上頜第一前磨牙、上頜乳側(cè)切牙和下頜乳中切牙最常缺失,且余留牙均呈圓錐形小牙;頭影測量結(jié)果顯示全部病例ANS-Ptm減小,提示上頜骨發(fā)育不足;頭影測量結(jié)果顯示所有病例的Co-Po、ANB、NA-PA、N-Me、N-ANS和ANS-Me均減小,部分病例的SNA、Y軸角、MP-FH、S-Co顯著減小,部分病例的SNB、NP-FH、NP-FH增大,提示下頜發(fā)育不足,下頜前伸,向上前旋轉(zhuǎn);部分病例的ANS-Me/N-Me~*100%顯著減小,N-ANS/N-Me~*100%顯著增高,提示面下高度不足;5例患兒的蝶鞍長度、直徑低于正常值,2名患兒的蝶鞍深度低于正常值,提示蝶鞍發(fā)育異于常人�！窘Y(jié)論】ED患兒的牙齒、上下頜骨及蝶鞍的發(fā)育均異于常人,上下頜均發(fā)育不足,面下高度降低。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the dentition, maxillary and mandibular development and Sella size in children with ectodermal dysplasia (ED), and to analyze the developmental differences between them. Of these, 5 were males and 1 were females. The dentition status of the children was recorded, 17 items related to the development of the upper and lower jaw and the saddle were selected and compared with the healthy peers in China. [results] the results of this study showed that the average number of missing teeth in the permanent teeth of ED children was 22.3. The number of missing teeth per person in primary dentition was 16.2; Ewing lateral incisor and first primary molars, maxillary first premolars, maxillary lateral incisors and mandibular middle incisors are most often missing, and the residual teeth are conical teeth. The results of cephalometric examination showed that ANS-Ptm decreased in all cases, suggesting that the maxillary bone was underdeveloped. Cephalometric results showed that Co-Po,ANB,NA-PA,N-Me,N-ANS and ANS-Me decreased in all cases, SNA,Y axis angle and MP-FH,S-Co decreased significantly in some cases and SNB,NP-FH, in some cases. The enlargement of NP-FH indicates that the mandible is underdeveloped, the mandible extends forward and rotates forward. In some cases, ANS-Me/N-Me~*100% decreased significantly, and N-ANS / N-Meteus 100% increased significantly, suggesting that the subfacial height was insufficient. The length, diameter and depth of Sella turcica were lower than normal in 5 cases, which suggested that the development of Sella turcica was different from that of normal person. [conclusion] the development of teeth, upper and lower jaw bone and Sella turcica in children with ED is different from that of normal children. The upper and lower mandibles were underdeveloped and the subfacial height decreased.
