成人腮腺富脂肪血管瘤1例

【摘要】：正病例男,58歲。因左側(cè)耳下腫物3 d余于2016年4月19日就診。體檢:左側(cè)耳后腮腺區(qū)輕微腫大,按壓可觸及紅棗大小腫物,中等質(zhì)硬,無明顯疼痛,活動(dòng)度可。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)未見明顯異常。MRI:示左側(cè)腮腺不規(guī)則分葉狀稍短T_1混雜長(zhǎng)T_2信號(hào)影,邊界尚清,大小約2.7 cm×2.1 cm,病灶內(nèi)
[Abstract]:Male, 58 years old. The patient was admitted to the hospital on April 19, 2016 for more than 3 days due to the left subauricular mass. Physical examination: the left posterior ear parotid gland area slightly enlarged, press can touch jujube size tumor, medium hard, no obvious pain, activity can. MRI: showed that the left parotid gland had irregular lobular shape and a little short T _ 1 mixed long T _ 2 signal. The boundary was still clear, and the size of the lesion was about 2.7 cm 脳 2.1 cm,.
