【摘要】：目的:探討使用美松糊劑進(jìn)行一次性根管治療術(shù)的效果。方法:研究對(duì)象選取2014年8月至2015年12月來(lái)診的10例男性患者,年齡介于30-40歲,患有根尖周炎、慢性牙髓炎、殘髓炎�；颊咴诰致橄麻_髓,揭髓頂,暴露髓室底,探及根管口,疏通根管,測(cè)量根管工作長(zhǎng)度,拍攝插針片,X線顯示長(zhǎng)度到位。用G鉆敞開根管冠部1/3,再用S1銼進(jìn)行根管冠部1/3預(yù)備,用S2銼進(jìn)行根管中1/3的預(yù)備,以F1銼進(jìn)行根尖1/3的預(yù)備,均用3%雙氧水、2.5%次氯酸鈉溶液交替沖洗,干燥,拍攝試尖片,X線顯示長(zhǎng)度到位。導(dǎo)入Endomethasone根管充填糊劑,牙膠尖充填,拍攝根充片,X線顯示恰充,水門汀墊底,樹脂充填。去除橡皮障。調(diào),拋光。囑患者在術(shù)后一周、術(shù)后第六個(gè)月、術(shù)后一年復(fù)診,進(jìn)行臨床檢查,并拍攝X線片。結(jié)果:術(shù)后當(dāng)日至一周,5例患者術(shù)后評(píng)估為(-)、4例患者術(shù)后反應(yīng)評(píng)估為(+)、1例患者術(shù)后反應(yīng)評(píng)估為(++)。術(shù)后六個(gè)月和一年后隨訪,所有患者恢復(fù)狀況良好,X線片顯示根尖原有病變已明顯變小,趨向愈合,治療結(jié)果成功。結(jié)論:1.一次性根管治療減少了患者的就診次數(shù)及就診時(shí)間,亦可以防止根管在封藥期間各種因素引起根管的再感染。2.Endomethason充填糊劑的使用能有效減緩根管充填術(shù)后的疼痛。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of once-time root canal therapy with meisong paste. Methods: ten male patients, aged 30-40 years, were selected from August 2014 to December 2015. They had periapical periodontitis, chronic pulpitis and residual pulpitis. The patients were treated with local anesthesia to open the pulp, uncover the pulp top, expose the pulp floor, probe the root canal orifice, dredge the root canal, measure the working length of the root canal, take the needle film, and X-ray show the length of the root canal in place. One third of the crown of root canal was drilled with G drill, then 1 / 3 of root canal was prepared with S1 file, 1 / 3 of root canal was prepared with S2 file, 1 / 3 of root tip was prepared with F1 file, 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and 2.5% sodium hypochlorite solution were used alternately to wash and dry. Shoot test tips, X-ray display length in place. Endomethasone root canal filling paste, gum tip filling, root filling, X-ray showing filling, cement bottom, resin filling. Remove rubber barriers. Adjust, polish. The patient was asked to return to the clinic one week, six months and one year after the operation for clinical examination and X-ray film. Results: from the day of operation to one week after operation, 5 patients were evaluated as (-), 4 patients as (), and 1 patient as (). Six months and one year after operation, all the patients recovered well, and X-ray showed that the original lesion of the root tip had obviously become smaller and tended to heal, and the treatment was successful. Conclusion: 1. One-off root canal therapy can reduce the number and time of treatment and prevent root canal re-infection caused by various factors during the period of root canal sealing. The use of 2.Endomethason filling paste can effectively alleviate the pain after root canal filling.
