即刻種植修復(fù)缺失牙后軟硬組織的臨床變化情況

【摘要】:目的探討分析即刻種植修復(fù)缺失牙后軟硬組織的臨床變化情況。方法選取我院于2011年2月~2012年4月收治的外傷拔牙患者12例,共24枚種植體,將所有患者隨機分為實驗組與對照組,兩組均為6例患者12枚種植體。對照組接受常規(guī)種植,實驗組接受即刻種植,比較術(shù)后不同時間段兩組種植體周骨吸收值、軟組織探診深度與齦乳頭指數(shù)頻數(shù)分布情況。結(jié)果實驗組3個月、6個月、9個月的種植體周骨吸收值與對照組比較差異無顯著性(P0.05);實驗組種植體軟組織探診深度與齦乳頭指數(shù)頻數(shù)分布與對照組比較差異無顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論即刻種植修復(fù)缺失牙后軟硬組織的變化能達到目前臨床要求,且即刻種植療程短、定位準確具有更大的優(yōu)勢,值得在臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical changes of soft and hard tissue after immediate implant repair of missing teeth. Methods from February 2011 to April 2012, 12 patients with traumatic tooth extraction were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. There were 6 patients with 12 implants in both groups. The control group received routine implantation and the experimental group received immediate implantation. The bone resorption depth of soft tissue and the frequency distribution of gingival papilla index were compared between the two groups at different times after operation. Results there was no significant difference in periimplant bone resorption between the experimental group and the control group at 3 months, 6 months and 9 months (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the implant soft tissue probing depth and the frequency distribution of the gingival papilla index in the experimental group compared with the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the changes of soft and hard tissue after immediate implant repair of missing teeth can meet the current clinical requirements, and the immediate implantation course of treatment is short, accurate positioning has greater advantages, and it is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
