【摘要】：目的比較傳統(tǒng)全景片和錐形束CT(CBCT)重建全景片用于測量牙軸近遠(yuǎn)中傾斜度的準(zhǔn)確性。方法收集15名個(gè)別正常志愿者的石膏模型,在模型上確定上下頜從左側(cè)第一磨牙到右側(cè)第一磨牙的牙體長軸和平面的標(biāo)記點(diǎn),制作放射顯影裝置,志愿者佩戴放射顯影裝置拍攝全景片和CBCT片。分別在石膏模型、全景片和CBCT重建全景片上測量牙軸近遠(yuǎn)中傾斜度。利用多元方差分析和Dunnett-t檢驗(yàn)比較3種測量方法的差異。結(jié)果 3種測量方法間的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.00)。與模型測量相比,全景片組中12個(gè)牙位有2個(gè)牙位(上下頜第二前磨牙)測量結(jié)果的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.00),CBCT組12個(gè)牙位的差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論評價(jià)牙軸近遠(yuǎn)中傾斜度時(shí),傳統(tǒng)全景片存在一定誤差,CBCT重建全景片是一種更為有效的評價(jià)手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the accuracy of traditional panoramic film and cone-beam CT (CBCT) reconstruction panoramic film in measuring the proximal and distal inclination of tooth axis. Methods the plaster models of 15 normal volunteers were collected, and the marking points of the long axis and plane of the upper and lower teeth from the left first molar to the right first molar were determined, and the radiography device was made. The volunteers wore radiographic devices to take panoramic and CBCT films. The angle of tooth axis was measured on gypsum model, panoramic film and CBCT reconstruction panorama respectively. Multivariate analysis of variance and Dunnett-t test were used to compare the differences of three measurement methods. Results the differences among the three methods were statistically significant (P < 0. 00). Compared with the model measurement, there were significant differences in 12 teeth positions (upper and lower second premolars) in panoramic film group (P 0. 00), CBCT group). There was no significant difference in 12 teeth positions in P0. 00), CBCT group. Conclusion there are some errors in traditional panoramic images when evaluating the proximal and distal inclination of tooth axis, and CBCT reconstruction is a more effective method.
